The photographer helped us by taking personal photos on my phone in Sky Box 1. I loved the obs deck with live music!

The view was great and did manage to get to the sky box. Very nice and open but unfortunately I was not allowed to go to the sky deck as apparently it was sold out even though I had paid for this experience

The experience was nice, but when we arrived upstairs, they told us that they reached the numbers of tickets to go to the sky box facing the Petronas, which is so unfair because it was not written anywhere that there was a limited number of guests. Knowing this before would have let us choose another day to go there.

The queue downstairs is very long and if you pay myr 100 each, you can skip the queue. And skybox 1 is 40sec too short if no one can make a photo of your family. But I like the slyboxes and the colourful lights of the tower

Views and customer service at tower. Overall experience would've been better if we'd been offered the complementary bus from the bottom of the hill by the guys having a chat next to it. We're both in our 60's.

I did not need to ticket office I could proceed to the tower.All was easy and fast.

Buying tickets online doesn't mean you don't have to queue, which is a shame.

The visit was good. I did not like that I necessarily had to download the app in order to get my ticket.

The reservation complied with everything that was offered, and we were able to enter the purchased attractions without any problems.
