Train Transfer: Stansted Airport to/from London by Stansted Express

I traveled with my two small children and a very friendly employee helped me with my two suitcases. She also had painting materials for the children, who were very happy. The train journey was very pleasant - I would choose this service again! :-)

My ticket was from Stanstead Airport to Stratford. Upon booking, it appeared that Stratfford and Liverpool St were indifferent destinations so I chose Stratford. In actual fact, the Stratford train requires a change at Tottenham hale whereas the Liverpool St. is direct. This means that at Tottenham Hale you have to wait for the next train to Stratford. It would have been easier to get off at Liverpool St and catch a train then to Stratford I think this needs to be MADE CLEAR when you book..right at the start. (The info about the change at Tottenham Hale was written in small print on the ticket). It should not appear like Liverpool St and Stratford are indifferent destinations

We were able to catch the train quickly We easily found seats for our little family. The train was offered .

The combination of the Stanstead Express, the BigBus and the boat tour is just perfect! All the presentation was perfect and humorous. Great fun! Would be better if the train ticket also extended to the bus though - £1 more - otherwise you have to change to the tube at extra cost, which was unexpected.

I was extremely lucky and boarded the train about one minute before departure. The busses heading to Liverpool Street Station got severely delayed, and I had to switch to a taxi.

We have used this train twice and were very satisfied, whether it was the cleanliness, the punctuality or....should we fly to London again, we will use the express train again !!!

It's quickest way to travel from Stansted to Central London. The WiFi is a bonus. When buying a ticket, some touch screens on the machines not functioning well, after trying on several machines I was able to purchase a ticket.

Trains are clean, fast and run all the time. Everything was quick and simple, codes were scanned quickly without malfunctioning.

The experience was convenient, efficient, affordable and comfortable - all necessary qualities for an economical and well-planned airport transfer to start off a very eagerly anticipated vacation.

I bought a ticket from Stansted to Stratford. Went on the platform and asked one member of staff which train I should take as there was no Straford option. Told me this one to Liverpool street, nothing else. There was no stop for Stratford station and nowhere said that needed to change the train at Tottenham Hale. I was with two luggages and a baby nd this misunderstandings made our journey really difficult.

Ticketing was not great, never received my tickets so had to contact customer service after an hour of puchasing online. Customer service was very friendly and effective. The trains were clean and ran on time. - perfect!
