Train Transfer: Stansted Airport to/from London by Stansted Express

There was a disruption to our journey from London to Stansted Airport, which in the end was fine, BUT nobody told us about this and when the train stopped, we did not realize we had to get off the train to get a bus transfer to Southampton airport. i was travelling with 2 children and we were a little confused and unsure how we did not know this was going to happen, had we not got off quickly after asking someone, we would have ended up back in London and potentially been late for our flight home. Lukily that was not the case and all was ok in the end but was a little stressful. When we were at the train station and even boarding the train, no one mentioned that this was happening, otherwise we would have been prepared for it.

The train was on time, not packed. This time didn't try to connect to the WiFi so not sure if it was going to work or not

The simplicity and efficiency of it. No need to create an account and to submit a lot of information, just buy the ticket and be done with it. The whole process of boarding the train and exiting the final station was done by a QR code and worked smoothly.

17:05 bus.... huge kudos to your lady driver.... bunch of lads (German) I think... were a bit loud at beginning of trip... but she handled the situation brilliantly & we had a pleasant & safe journey to the airport. An asset to your company. Also ticketing guys before we boarded the bus.... great customer service..

Everything was good. I bought the ticket online. I recommend this option for transfer by Stansted aeroport to London. It is very fast.

The experience was fine , no problems. It did exactly what I wanted, and speedily as I only ordered it at airport. However , I believe it is better to order earlier to get better price, bit that is not "headout" issue.

Very good, fast and rather pleasant. Only snag: no usb plug. For the price of the ticket, it's a shame. But a good experience

Everything went as expected, walked from flight straight to train, one change and arrived in Stratford exactly on t. Return journey was also perfect.
