Everything was wonderful!!! The punctuality, the ability to see the entire theater and stage. What about the exceptional, to say the least, ceiling painted by Chagall? I highly recommend this visit to everyone

Buying tickets was very easy...no problem at all. The bus trip was very interesting, very worthwhile...5 stars. The only disadvantage of the visit to the Eiffel Tower was that the guide spoke English throughout.

Staff were very helpful and a wonderful place to visit, liked all the extra experience of the history and the costumes on display. Much more to see that you expect.

I found the site easy to use and having the timed tickets made entry to Ooera Garnier Paris very streamlined. A great time saver.

The bus tour is very practical both for the number of stops and the information provided in several languages, and the correct frequency of the buses.

I had trouble with Big Bus tour App. It was not accurate for the stops that were indicated on the App. We waited a while (after 3 buses passed us by) before we decided to to go to a different location. The stops had changed an App was inaccurate.

We bought tickets very easily from the website, we entered the Grand Opera House without any problems. We were filled with pleasant emotions, thank you very much.

Lack of signage for audio guides. We entered after the security guard had validated our entry and then we were left to our own devices. I'm disappointed with this visit, despite the beauty of the site.

It was easier to get the tickets for Palais Garnier from Headout than from the opera's website because it kept showing unavailability. There was not a problem getting inside this must see top attraction in Paris after showing my etickets.

We particularly liked the fact that the buses stopped at the bus stops every 10 minutes, that there were headphones to listen to the history of the sights and that you could also choose German as the language,

Loved having my ticket and watching a dancer in a lesson. Such a gorgeous place. I love to come every time. I'm in Paris and wish I could've seen a performance.

The location was very small, as many areas were closed off. It was also very crowded, so you could hardly see the open areas

Amazing got to see all the site we wanted to see and hop off and on to different destinations was well worth the price even my 11 and 13 year old girls loved it thank you a amazing experience highly recommend PARIS WAS UNREAL 🥰🇫🇷

It was a perfect way to get around the city and the most interesting parts. 1 day is not enough thought. Next time, we'll book 2 days.

The toot bus in Paris runs later than 7.30 pm we found a few more hours could have helped us on our return to hotel.also the audio didn't work on our bus also we had three buses pass together each full so waiting for the next took another 15 min it would have been nicer if the distances were further apart

It was a beautiful day on the top deck enjoying the views and the sunshine! Ticketing was easy online and converting it to a paper voucher!

The bua route was good enabling you to see the best bits of Paris. Convenient way of seeing Paris. Audio was good. The boat cruise was not a great experience. Badly organised, no information about waiting time. Had to queue 1 & 1/2 hours. Then told only 40 minutes instead of expected 1 hour. Views limited unless you stand outside but was raining & cold. Missed statue of liberty as turned very quickly

All in all superb experience . Could see most of Paris in a day . And the commentary was excellent. Keep it up . London was done in June and now Paris . Missed out on Rome though!!'

We recently visted the city of love on the hop on hop off bus to enjoy the city.It was a amazing experience to see all the beautifull buildings and attractions.The bus stoped at all the best attractions .The bus also had auto guide that gave us background of the history of the iconic landmarks.The Seine River cruise was very special for me and my wife. I will recommand the hop on hop off bus to any one person who wants to see Paris. We will be back again!!
