All went well ordered on lone picked up ticket when boarding. Audio was older. I traction April 2025. The audio kept referencing 2024 for things to be completed or reopen.

Ticketing experience was great and the experience was fantastic! Our guide for the Eiffel Tower was efficient, friendly and informative and she spoke 5 languages so was able to communicate well with everyone in our group! I liked the format where they facilitate you getting through all the lines and security and get you to the second floor and then show you the elevator for the upper level. You are then free to take your time and wander and take in the views at your own pace with the audio guide to explain what you are seeing. I highly recommend this activity! We also did the boat ride and hop on hop off bus and they were both great!

Beauty of the place. On the other hand, many of the halls are closed because of an upcoming show, and many Asian foreigners are posing to be photographed. Finally, the audioguide is not always easy to use.

I loved to listen to the stories on the tablet it is a great way to learn about the history and the beauty of the palace.

The ticketing was absolutely fine. Just showed it to the man at the bus stop and he scanned and printed tes them. The bus was great and we used it a lot. Good route and took in all of the best bits of Paris. The longest we had to wait for a bus was maybe 10 minutes which was great. We were always able to get a seat and the crew members were friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it

A beautiful monument and a real pleasure to wander around the foyer and library, the hall was closed, too bad but I knew it. No waiting or very little. Lots of people, well too many, tourists of all nationalities and schoolchildren and individuals like me ...

This boat tour gives a fantastic opportunity to see the beautiful buildings along the Seine. Highly recommended. Don't miss it.

Well organized tour. Very friendly bus drivers. Unfortunately we could not go up to the top floor of the Eiffel Tower due to a technical problem. The Tuor aperator had said he would reimburse us for the difference between 2 floor and top but to date no one has been in touch despite also inviting a direct email to the agency.

Through this tour and voice guide, I was able to immerse myself in the magic of Paris , see architectural wonders, hear historical and artistic nods and curious anecdotes in comfort.

The exhibition is superb 👍👍👍 We were dazzled by all these masterpieces...🤩🤩🤩 The only small negative point was the beginning of the visit. The first room doesn't flow smoothly... 😔😕 We didn't really look at the costumes in this room because there wasn't enough room... The rest went wonderfully well.

The beauty of the site, the decoration, the diversity and the sculptures, and finally the palace of exceptional grandeur. The only drawback was that we did not see the inside of the theater and its stage.

Everything was very well organized and the interior of the building impressed me a lot, I had heard very good things about it but I think it exceeds all expectations. It is one of the most beautiful things to see in Paris
