From Fremantle: Rottnest Island Return Ferry

Smooth boat ride. Awesome bus trip around the island. Tour guide was informative, refreshing & funny. He was very knowledgeable. The island was clean. Just a shame the train wasn't running. Very worth the trip. Thanks Rottnest ❤️

Ticketing was a Little cumbersome .... as we were traveling with friends who wanted to get on the same tour but they were unable as they were booked out .... but talking to the agent at the dock we were able to get on a later guided tour .... unable to do on website But Richard our guide was fantastic and very relaxed about his presentation which we thoroughly enjoyed

When I arrived I had a booking reference through Headout. It was not coming up in the system. The lady at the booking desk could not have been more helpful and ended up booking me in without additional charge. She then subsequently rung me to assure me that they had worked out what had gone wrong and she would sort it out. Great customer service.

Loved the lighthouse and the beaches!

We loved our bus driver, Ted. He was engaging, funny, knowledgeable about the island and really helpful to boot. The bus was comfortable and we loved being able to see the entire island in air conditioning as the day was quite warm. We also loved that we were back with plenty of time to explore the island in our own time before we needed to board the ferry back to Fremantle.

I love everything. The experience was fantastic. Just didn't know about the parking that we need tickets for. But otherwise it was amazing

It was a fantastic experience for myself my daughter and her boyfriend, crew was great and very accommodating to coming back early on the ferry, Rottnest Island was so completely different to what I expected and planning for a return trip to stay at the accommodation

So good with such lovely crew. Safe and very comfortable trip on the ferry . We had one passenger that was in a wheelchair and they accommodated for that very well.

Such a beautiful island to explore definitely needed more time then a day here but a truly great day exploring and seeing snippets of what we could of what the island has to offer.

Getting the tickets was so easy ,boarding the boat and touring the island was wonderful as we both hadn't been to Rotto for 40 years . Brilliant day of riding rewarded with the best Bakery cream bun in the world

All staff were good and hepfull. Ticketing was easy. I was not aware of the Army histroy on Rottnest. This tour was great.

Seeing the landscape and learning about the history. I also enjoyed the views on the bus tour and stopping to get closer to the shoreline.

Well organised and easily coordinated. Tour bus was clean and the driver very friendly and knowledgeable. Great for all ages a great way for elderly vistors to see a remarkable place.

The compassion shown by the captain of the boat in relation to the accident we witnessed. Also, the helpfulness of the staff.

Easy ticketing, departures on time, bike hire was also easy. We had a great time on Rotto and would do it again. Thx for the amazing experience! ☺️

I recently took the ferry to Rottnest Island, and the experience was fantastic! The crew were incredibly lovely and welcoming, making the trip even more enjoyable. The seats were comfortable, and we departed right on time. The crossing itself was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the professionalism of the well-oiled team. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my Rottnest Island adventure!

had a great day all round. boat ride went smoothly, had an interesting walk round museum and buses were on time so got back to boat in plenty of time.

The whole experience was fascinating, starting from the ferry ride to our stay for couple of hours in the Island. Specially our interaction with volunteer whome we met at west end .. she was amazing

There was no email about where the bus was leaving from and what time. Stressing asking staff around for info, thinking that we missed the tour

The trip was amazing! Had the best time in Rottnest Island with really great service at the ferry. Great hospitality and clear instructions overall. Do not understand why I got charged internacional transaction fee while buying the tickets though. Looks like an australian website, tickets bought in Australia with an Australian card..
