Combo: Dolmabahce Palace Skip-the-Line Tickets with Audio Guide + Bosphorus Cruise

The QR code hadn't arrived even the day before, so I called to confirm and was told that it would be sent within 20 minutes, and we were able to successfully obtain the QR code. We arrived at Dolmabahce Palace at 9am, and it wasn't very crowded yet, so we didn't really benefit from the skip-the-line ticket (the security gate wasn't very crowded at that time, but there were huge people lining up around 12:30 when we were leaving). The Bosphorus cruise was properly announced in advance, so we were able to easily find the boarding point, and we were fortunatelely able to board it in just before the cruise departed, so we were able to enjoy the cruise without waiting.

I would like to leave a review about the boat trip. The point with the geolocation that we received by email was wrong. We had to run to be on time, and take a tram 1 more stop. Please fix this, if a person is in Istanbul for the first time, he will not find the correct location. The location in the app was also wrong. This spoiled our impressions of the time spent.

It was good. But instructions were a bit misunderstanding. It was written to meed our guide at one spot. And when we go to this place there is noone. Instead they send us the qr codes to enter by ourselves. And they dont give instructions to just enter. So we waited at this spot. Good that at least they responded quickly enough when I contacted them by whatsapp. Although They did not respond to The emergency telephone number that was given at the ticket. So a bit messy. We still had a great time. So thank you!

Tha palace was awesome! We spent a lot of time there Also there was many places to visit. We also enjoyed the cruise.

The whole process was smooth and easy to understand. The customer service on WhatsApp was responsive and helpful. The boat ride was not too crowded and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone! Perfect for a one day outing!

Whole day spent there, there is so much to see. The best day in Istanbul. Very beautiful, you have audio guide that explains a lot and makes you experience even better. Beautiful photo spots.

Good and practical. You should just make it clear that audioguides can be picked up at the entrance, so that you don't end up in the palace with your shoes on and have to cross the park again to look for them. Otherwise no problem. Thank you.
