I loved the ease of booking online and skipping the ques at the ticket office. The attraction itself was everything and more that I thought it would be, to stand on such sacred history and feel the past around you was a humbling experience. The audio guide however would not work and it kept telling me to buy it again for €17.99 so I missed out on that knowledge but read all the signs instead.

Purchased in advance was a good idea and 8am entry went smoothly. Got crowded towards the end and audio went out of order a bit.

Our guide, NaThalie, spoke very good French. She is very erudite, very patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.

The explanations, videos, the possibility to go close - that was wonderful. We could rest a little bit in the cafe, the restoaurant, etc. I could recall my stuies as well, as having surprise of other things. I spent there 7 hours, enjoying each seconds of it.

Loved the history, ancient buig and architecture. I did not like the fact that it is assumed everyone has a smart phone. I do not have one and do not want one so paper tickets are still required for people like myself. The digital world is not safe.

Everything was fine but the audio guide was confusing. We paid an extra £2 each for the audio guide, and it was actually a free service at the venue by scanning a QR code. This was a small charge, but being made unnecessarily, the principle was disappointing.

Few ladies toilets , long queues, some were shut during visiting times. One lady was locked in the toilet on the ground floor by the coffee shop. I was asked to leave my handbag at the vesbiary because they considered it to be backbag which was NOT. It was a bag with variablr straps that could be on the shoulders but also could be held on hand. I had to buy a cloth bag from the souvenir shop to put my essentials ie my purse and water. The lady at the entrance said i am only doing my job, she did not offer an option or a solution. It seemed as if she did not care or could not think outside the box. I had to come up with an idea to buy a cloth bag from the suvenir shop. I knew no backbags eere allowed and i still insist mine was not a backback. Besides that the experience was very good . Could have put some explanation of what were the ruins below the museum though.

Spectacular! An unforgettable experience made even better by the well organised process from buying tickets through the well managed visit until we left the ancient site. A lifelong lasting memory.

The museum itself was awesome. The problem i had was the audio was in English but spoken by a non English speaking person with a heavy accent so for all purposes it was impossible to understand her and therefore what i was looking at. I was extremely disappointed in but getting the history i so wanted to understand. Also. The museum changed it's hours due to the holiday but didn't list it on the website. So twice we arrived and the museum was closed. We weather alot of time due to this plus we didn't have enough time left once it was open to see the exhibits as long as we would've liked to because we planned all our time around other sites and their hours etc. I really could not fit the life of me understand why a non natural or clear English speaking person was chosen to do an audio for English speaking people?!?!? I was going to ask for a refund but i was too busy doing my other site seeing. Thank you

The Tour was exceptional. I used the Free Audio guide provided by the Museum. I felt cheated as I was trying to order from the Museum site not this intermediary.

The exhibit was amazing. The building itself is beautiful and presents the collection in the best way. Enjoyed it so much

The good part--I got an e-ticket to the Acropolis Museum and didn't have to stand in line. The so-so part--the audio tour of the Museum that I paid an extra 2 Euros for. The app for the audio tour decides what to tell you by using your location in the museum. It kept losing track of where I was and starting over at the beginning. I scanned the QR code posted in the museum, and used the ear buds I had brought to listen to the museum's free audio tour instead.

The exhibits were very interesting and allowed you to see the acropolis as it was at different times throughout history.

Alsnog in de rij voor de kindertickets en de audiotour gaat de langzaam. Een optie voor het versneld afspelen zou zeer welkom zijn

Demos was an awesome guide. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his city. He showed us and explained parts of the acropolis that we may have just waked past or missed if going on our own. The skip the line ticket was a big time saver, made entry for our small group very easy. With help from Demos, we were really able to appreciate the history of the 2500 year old architectural masterpiece.

It was a useful guide and fairly easy to acces, the only criticisim I'd say, that it would be nice to have a page where it is cleary maked where I have already been and what's left to see, or which way to start, because just based on the description, wondering in the croud it was not clear for us. Also, maybe a QR code to read or a mark to note at the sights so we know where to start the gide, would also be nice. A lot of the times we were walking along with the crowd and suddenly we found orselves closer to the next point in the tour and the next bit of audio started to play automatically withouth finishing the previous one, it became confusing quickly.
