WOWKrakow: Krakow Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

I liked the bussrout, we did see a lot, in a short timespand. And we could get of, and on on the stops we wanted. BUT, the busstopps on the rout should be marked way much better!!! Hard to find the right place on the street.

The stops are inexistently indicated. You have to look for them and pray to find them. In the audio guide, 85% was music, which made you not want to listen to it.

In the first bus it was very noisy and it was hard to hear the guide. We switched busses an the secon vas more comfortable.

Bus was very noisy and no interaction with your guide only he handed you the ear phones! I felt the experience could have been so much more if your guide could have interacted with the clients! Lacked the personal touch! It was like getting on a public transport bus costing a lot more!! Not the experience a tourist likes to experience when visiting another city and country. The headphones were not enough to explain different landmarks as often we could not see the landmarks they were talking about. If your paying someone to sit on a bus why not pay them to do the tour instead of a headphone tour???? They did not even tell us what stop we were at or where we would stop etc,, I also thought from my purchase information I was going on a river tour but discovered when on the tour that was not happening!! It was part of what I bought into so I was obviously disappointed. It was my least enjoyable hop on hop off experience in all the countries I have visited. Sorry but true . You can do better.

It was unclear on the website that we could get on at any stop, we walked for 25 mins to the start point, then had to wait for 2 hours for the bus to arrive. the tour was good though

Nice tour and interesting information

The experience was ok, but nothing compare the service you get in other cities. Overall if you stay on the bus for the whole tour, the service it's acceptable, but if you get off, you have to wait a lot for the next bus to come. At this time of the year, April, there is only one bus for the whole city, and 14 stops to get through. We spent more time waiting for the bus, than visiting the city. I would also suggest the organisers to sign the pick up points a bit better as it was very hard to know where the bus would be.

The voice of the audio guide too quiet Ambient noise so loud that the audio guide could not be understood. Audio guide does not match the surroundings

Unfortunately the Gondola river ride was not available off season which was not mentioned in the literature. No discount offered on the one available boat ride. Bus seats very narrow and uncomfortable.

The guide did not interact at all with the passengers,we got off at 1 point in the jewish quarter and got back to the pick up point waited 20 minutes after the time stated on the timetable and there was no sign of the bus so we had to fork out for a taxi back to piawa I would not recommend this attraction to anybody who has a time schedule save your money and use public transport.

Bus never arrived despite being at pick up point for an hour. No such bus seen all day or since. Total scam. Money back would be nice but not optimistic

Bus stops not very clear, stood a Wawel bus stop for over 30mins, only to find it was a different location to Wawel outside Radison Blue Hotel, about a Mile from Wawel stop, 14.50 bus turned up at 15.10, which you would expect with rush hour traffic, Biggest disappointment was the Phone Number given on the booking confirmation, Rang several times but definitely no one answering, Poor service compared to Hop on off buses in other European cities, certainly not worth what we paid for this trip
