WOWKrakow: Krakow Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

Very interesting and comfortable. Due to the large number of large green trees, it was sometimes difficult to see the sights.

Bus was very noisy and no interaction with your guide only he handed you the ear phones! I felt the experience could have been so much more if your guide could have interacted with the clients! Lacked the personal touch! It was like getting on a public transport bus costing a lot more!! Not the experience a tourist likes to experience when visiting another city and country. The headphones were not enough to explain different landmarks as often we could not see the landmarks they were talking about. If your paying someone to sit on a bus why not pay them to do the tour instead of a headphone tour???? They did not even tell us what stop we were at or where we would stop etc,, I also thought from my purchase information I was going on a river tour but discovered when on the tour that was not happening!! It was part of what I bought into so I was obviously disappointed. It was my least enjoyable hop on hop off experience in all the countries I have visited. Sorry but true . You can do better.

It was unclear on the website that we could get on at any stop, we walked for 25 mins to the start point, then had to wait for 2 hours for the bus to arrive. the tour was good though

Bus stops not very clear, stood a Wawel bus stop for over 30mins, only to find it was a different location to Wawel outside Radison Blue Hotel, about a Mile from Wawel stop, 14.50 bus turned up at 15.10, which you would expect with rush hour traffic, Biggest disappointment was the Phone Number given on the booking confirmation, Rang several times but definitely no one answering, Poor service compared to Hop on off buses in other European cities, certainly not worth what we paid for this trip

Easy to arrange the tour when in Krakow on the morning we went. Open suded bus with headphones giving commentary. Bought a single lap tour not hop on/off although we could have left anywhere on the route. Saw all of the sights we wanted to and it took us to a "mound" some way out of the centre. Round the town slow moving and comfortable but as we left the centre and the speed of the bus increased it was draughty so would advise to dress warm in cooler weather. Great price for what paid and gave us a good tour of all the sights. Happy to recommend.

Friendly staff taking us around the highlight, gave us a great feel for the city and the sights. One thing that the staff were not aware of was that the Schindler factory was closed for a technical day....more are scheduled there, so would be worth checking with them so you are able to tell people, when they get on initially, and can plan to visit another day. Overall.....really good.. thanks

The bustour was great! -When we first found a stop to start. We bought our ticket online via Headout. The instructions to the busstops are very bad, so we had trouble finding the right place, with no exact adress and no signs. Luckily a man on a passing wowbus, saw our distress and threw a pampflet out to us. Inside we could find the adress, instead of just a sitename.

First of all, very helpful, informative, and friendly guide and drivers. Option to choose languages for information on buildings and sites we passed, buses always on time. We booked the option with the half hour gondola river cruise, gondola has a limit of twelve people, again informative as we passed local landmarks. On a footnote we booked the 48hr pass, you only get one full tour of the route displayed on the website map, did that one day, then hopped on, hopped off at our leisure.

I liked the excursión, however the bus was difficult to find and in my opinion not advertised enough in local hotels, bars etc. When I asked ( local Polish people working in hospitality) where could I find the bus or your stops no one knew? Bus staff were good
