Combo: 2- Day Venice ACTV Water Bus Pass + Venice Museum Pass with Fast-Track Tickets to Doge's Palace

We visited the Doges Palace on a Thursday afternoon with no waiting, so the conditions were exceptional. Thank you very much!

Access to the state rooms, armory, cells, walk across the Bridge of Sighs, audio guide. We are glad to have visited in the morning - there are few visitors.

It was mesmerising. The Bridge of Sighs and the prison side really made you feel like you've travelled back in time. The Venetian decor and Marble was just amazing.

The opulence and history of the building. The artwork & decorations of the main rooms are in stark counterpoint to the prison cells in the dungeons.

My money was refunded because of the time frame restraints concerning my tickets order. But the good news is that I will be going to Venice in May!!!

We really appreciated not having to queue to enter the Doge's Palace. It's a magnificent place. A visit not to be missed during a stay in Venice. You'll need to wrap up warm in winter.

The advantage in winter is that there aren't many people around. You travel with the Italians, who are really friendly. We booked our tickets online. There's a terminal on site that prints out your tickets with the reservation number, and that's it. Transport validity starts at the first check-in, which is very practical. So if your first check-in is at 16:00, it ends the next day at 16:00 (for a 24:00 pass). You have to validate your ticket each time you travel, and the screen shows the date and time of expiry. In 3 days we had 2 checks.

The skip the line option was excellent and made the visit easier! Also handy the email with the pdf and bar code ready to use

The "skip the line" option is a must have. Access is quick and the combined ticket will offer you a long visit, as all the obectives are in one place (San Marco square). The palace is beautiful and so are the connected museums. Besides the price was better than on the official website :)

Ticketing process was easy. I bought my ticket online with no issue. The arts are amazing. I love all the beautiful gold pieces

I think it's a great place, perfectly maintained and with attention to detail that allows you to experience an exceptional view. The only somewhat jarring note is the non-reduced ticket for children over 6 years old. For a family, visiting everything becomes very financially demanding and it is a shame to leave something out.

The practicality of not always having to buy new tickets and allowed us to take full advantage of it by taking tours even in the lagoon to scorprire certain islands as well.

Despite the fact that it was a Sunday in November and I did not expect such a high turnout of visitors, your contribution allowed us to have more time to visit the works. Thank you

It was perfect from A to Z. We were greeted in the airport lobby (and taken back to the terminal on our return trip), the boat was impeccable, and the service was perfect. Truly a great experience.

The museum is impressive. And thanks to the tickets we took out, we were able to avoid the huge queue and make the most of the time we had.

The ticket cut the queue and meant I didn't have to queue to get into the museum. Magnificent museum with beautiful rooms to visit, a rich collection of weapons and the passage across the Bridge of Sighs to the prison. This ticket also gives access to the library rooms, the corer museum (a vision of the powerful naval fleet in Venice's heyday)...

At the moment, it makes no difference whether I buy the ticket online or from a ticket machine. Either way, I have to print out the ticket at the machine. Buying online is therefore not worthwhile! Couldn't the ticket be sent to my cell phone?

The palace its best, it eas an exceptional visit, many things to see, it would be nice to have a set up price to let people visit all the places, the privilege for guided tours seems unfair, I am sure people would agree with me .

Included bus in & out from Mestre on the mainland to Venice. Hopping on & off the water taxis to get around Venice, when not walking, is the only way to get around so has to be done. Buses in in the morning & back to the mainland in the evening were very busy. Similarly water taxi from the more popular locations was very busy in the evening, couldn't get on some of them first time, so leave yourself some time/plan. It's a shame the pass didn't include the train as Santa Lucia to Mestre in the evening was much less busy than the bus when we got on it by mistake!

We have made the displacements perfectly and in the established schedules, in addition with access to the most important points of the city. Thank you very much.
