Jerónimos Monastery Tickets with Audio Guide

I like the experience of seeing all the architecture of the monastery

We didn't manage to see the High Heart. Our audio guide showed us the cloister first, then asked us to go back to see the High Heart, which a security guard refused to do. Disagreeable, not even taking the time to understand our wish! Apart from this individual, the rest of the team was pleasant. You could be more specific about the fact that you can't visit the church directly from the monastery (which is a pity) and that you have to go out and queue again.

Great place but I paid extra for audio to learn something about the place but was told you do not provide them .... oh dear

We had no problems receiving tickets. They arrived online the night before. Still had to line up for session, but line moved very quickly. Jeronimos Monestary was awesome and we were so glad we got to see it!

The tour of the monastery itself is quite short given the size of the place. I expected to visit more areas of the monastery, not just the cloisters and the surrounding rooms. The audio guide isn't worth purchasing. It would have been more beneficial if there were signs in the monastery to highlight which section of the audio guide were relevant to that area. The church was nice to visit but I believe that is free to visit anyway.

The ticketing experience was very easy. The monestary and tower are absolute must sees in Lisbon - I will definitely recommend this to others!

It was wonderful. However, I was unable to enter the church that day. I thought it would be good if this was clearly stated when purchasing tickets.

It was not possible to visit the church of the Hieronymites monastery, and I was not informed of this and it was not taken into account when it came to the price of the ticket. The audio guide paused and could not be heard well.

We still had to wait in a huge queue. I also didn't like being forced to download an app - it wasn't explained to me before I bought the ticket.

A beautiful monastery, fantastic history, easy to book tickets & a must see attraction to experience when visiting Lisbon.

It was a wonderful site to visit although a little deceiving when we arrived looking at the size of the monsterary we thought it would take us a lot longer to visit. Apparently there are many areas you dont get to see. Also would have liked the ability to go back to the washrooms once completed the tour of the church etc. was told to go across to the park to use the facilities.

The site is exceptional in its beauty. On the other hand, having to use an application makes everything tedious. The audioguide, which is in fact an Internet application to be opened on the mobile, is impractical. There are too many unnecessary comments/instructions (quite simply, at least 1 per comment). The church was being restored, which is good. But no indication beforehand, or even a reduction in the ticket price to compensate. Regrettable.
