The best thing, not having to wait in line to get in.
The views are wonderful, but you have to be fit to climb so many steps ha ha.

Lorenzo had great knowledge of the area and was extremely personable while also being professional. We appreciated explanations of the local plant life and history of the area. We had good recommendations for places to visit and future tours.
The hiking tour in the hills were better than expected. Nice views of the valley and countryside and woodlands.

Wonderful experience, a bit tiring however it is worth it
A bit of a shame about the nets above the bell tower because they prevent the best view

The entire experience was amazing! With access to the Bell Tower, the museum and the cathedral, it's both a great value and a great experience. The view from the top of the tower was worth the price of admission!

Truly a beautiful experience! Florence is already beautiful in itself, seen from above it is even more so. The only thing is that climbing the stairs can be challenging, so keep that in mind when you want to plan a visit.

You can see the cathedral complex without a problem, but because I asked one of the employees at the entrance to the monuments. My reservation said it was for 16:30 and the cathedral closes at 15:30. So to see each thing I had to get in line according to its closing time.

Excellent experience. Could do with more signage to explain queuing system. It wasn't obvious to queue for bell tower then automatically join paying queue for cathedral.

The ticket purchase via "headout" went really well and I was able to book all tickets from home and redeem them conveniently on site

Although the 414 stairs to the top of the bell tower was challenging, it was well worth it. Amazing views. The museum was spectacular as well with so many artifacts and information on the history of the area.

Had a great views of the city centre from the Bell Tower. There are lots of steps but you can stop at the different floors for a break if you need to.

I made most of my reservations through Headout and it is the best, the schedules were always met and the on-site assistance staff is super attentive.
The directions to find them were super clear.
Thanks for the experience.

Everything went smoothly, except the entrance in the cathedral. I thought we had to wait outside in line for the main entrance, which we did, but once inside realised I could have used the entrance next to the bell tower.
The climb to the bell tower was great inspite of all the remarks on the amount of steps, and how it could be terribly difficult. Some people in my group didn't do it because they were afraid. However, it was easy to do and the stairs are not that claustrophobic as people say and the fact that we can climb at our own pace and have the chance to stop and rest in each level makes it quite easy to do. The view is worth it.

I can recommend this company. The tickets were not as expensive as from other companies. We had a wonderful experience in Florence.

Note: There's a rule that you can't bring ANY bags in with you to the Basilica or cathedral. Not even our tiny string bag was allowed (though my fanny pack was fine?). It's very arbitrary, so don't risk it: try to bring nothing, or have it in your pockets/hidden.
These tickets covered everything related to the Duomo except the Basilica, which was fine with us. We did the bell tower first, climbing halfway (that tower got narrow!); the view was great and more than enough for us. We were also thrilled that the ticket into the "crypt" area allowed us to enter the cathedral by way of a different line than the main one (which was miles long). We essentially only had to wait 20 minutes, yet we got to see the cathedral interior and the ruins below. The museum is certainly worth a visit too! Tickets worked perfectly, just scan the QR code each entrance.

Special, I thought after all the negative reviews that I got a good scam, but I was wrong big time, with 20€ we were able to visit literally everything. Which we could never have done with only 20€. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RATING 10/10 IT REALLY WORKS!!! THE VIEW FROM THE BELL TOWER IS AMAZING I WON'T SPOIL ANYTHING 😂

We visited everything in one day: the museum, the bell tower and the cathedral with the cellar, although the cathedral itself is free and only the cellar is chargeable. The staff on site were helpful and helped us with the correct entrances.

Had an awesome time at the top of the Bell Tower, the Duomo was very interesting, but the Baptistry was a bit of a let down as they are doing restoration work inside so couldn't see any of the ceiling frescos. Would use headout again as tickets arrived promptly and no problems gaining access to the sites.

Fantastic value, the bell tower was so worth the 400+ steps climb. Views were spectacular. It was amazing to skip the queue into the Cathedral. Highly recommend this experience.

Consiglio davvero a tutti!

Beautiful view, lots of stairs! I enjoyed the campanario because it allows you to have a nice view of the duomo. Try to go there in a clear day!
