The palace is wonderful, there is a lack of information to expedite transfers back to Lisbon.

Instead of simply receiving the paid tickets as a PDF and being able to open them, you have to download an app, which did NOT work. Misleading, time-consuming and nerve-wracking user guidance! It was only thanks to the accommodating gentleman at the Palácio that we were still allowed to go on the tour, even though he couldn't scan the QR code on the tickets.

The Ajuda National Palace is a Portuguese national monument, located in the friguesia of Ajuda in the city of Lisbon. Its construction began in the late 18th century in order to replace the Real Barraca, a royal residence so called since it was built entirely of wood. Not far from the Belem neighborhood, the palace is definitely worth a visit.

It's an original museum, this type of museum is not common. There are lots of carriages of different models. A must-see!
