Being able to get a general vision of the city. We stopped at the Gardens of the Bay and walked all around the gardens.

Very good way to tour at your own pace with informative facts about passing areas as heard via the earphones provided. A good value for the price.

Seeing the town and buildings but after trying to 4 different earphone boxes I gave up. Took a lot away from the enjoyment.

Earphones faulty. Not easy to navigate your website to see where on and off stops are. Commentators all they talked about was money money money. Difficult not to be a success with such a magnificent country.

Easy to get in and off where you want. Tour operators friendly s and be helpful. Maa a p they give you was handy to see where to go.

Ticketing experience was not great as they did not me an email. But your people were so helpful trying to fix the situation- they get 10 stars. We loved the ride but your workers trying to fix the missing Conniestothard@yahoo.com - spectacular.

The second day narrative was the best! For some reason the narrative on the first day was less than the first, and we redid the first day - and learned so much more!! The night tour was fantastic!

Informative and good value evening tour with three spots, included small amount of food and Gardens by the Bay lights performance from an excellent position.

We loved how easy it was to acess the red and yellow bus routes which together gave us a really good audio guide and overview of Singapore's highlights and architectural brilliance. We were able to hop on and off all day just as we pleased. So we visited the amazing Orchid Gardens, and then Chinatown to grab something to eat. When it began to rain lightly we were offered the use of covered seats and light plastic macs to enable us to continue on our way. We would highly recommend seeing Singapore this way.

Tickets were easy to buy on line and exchange for tickets in the shopping mall. Good choice of red or yellow routes. Poncho given for the rain if needed. Pick up & drop off points in relevant tourist areas the bus drivers are courteous and accommodating.

Excellent way to see the city highlights. Do agree that having signage for the stops would be useful, once you have used the bus for the first time you then get a list of the numbers at the specific bus stop. Some countries have a specific 'big bus' sign to make it easier. Did not think the night tour was worth the cost. The stops were good but were all free (the your guide Alfie was excellent though). I did it before in 2019 and drove around to see the city with all tthe lights on. Generally though the 48 hour option was great as we got to see most of Singapore and then decide where to go back to and visit for longer.

The commentary was poor. Over excited American narrator who's commentary was superficial. We both felt we learnt very little in depth interesting information about the city. We turned it off and just enjoyed the bus ride

The two routes took us to where we wanted and we learned about various destinations but the bus was overcrowded at the beginning so it was dangerous for me!! I am partially disabled so I needed a safe seat but there were NONE and the bus was clearly oversubscribed - just put 2 on in the morning to cope with the numbers!?!?

It was really easy and convenient to book my ticket on line before my trip, saved a lot of time. The yellow line was my favourite journey but loved how you could swap at the depot straight on to the red line. The commentary was really interesting and the stops convenient. Loved the whole experience.

The ease of getting there. The ease of getting through the line. Lots to do between wait for the lift. Most of all i loved the beautiful night view. Recommend the night flight!

I feel the ticket is quite expensive. I only visited 4 places, which I think would have costed much less to go to by taxi or regular bus service.

The audio guide was thin on information about Singapore and the sights we went by. There were a lot of musical interludes that could have been replaced with information about present day Singapore and its history.

I liked the excellent organization and assistance during boarding, the modernity of the facility and especially the panoramic view at sunset with the of the city lit

The view coupled with the running commentary. The AV show on the history of Singapore was excellent. The booking experience was good. Wish there were markers for certain landmarks especially Little India and Chinatown.
