Needless to say; The Prado is a joy walking in. To me visiting the Meninas again and again brings tears. What fun it is to dive into so many of your amazing collection. Thank you

First of all, there are many entrances to Prado Museum and I think it should be clarified better which one to take so that you don't wait unnecessarily in the line Secondly when I booked my ticket it said I could use a audiovisuell which in the museum I was told is only for groups. That was a little disappointing Otherwise I had a great time in the museum

All very convenient, didn't have to stand in line, went through quickly. The museum is decorated beautifully ! Great exhibitions! More would walk and walk !

The visit to the Prado was incredible. I didn't go to the Royal Palace. My son bought a ticket with the wrong date. I bought another ticket for 13/05/24 but my visit was canceled because there was an official activity that day. I return frustrated, unfortunately.

Seeing the Heironymous Bosch again. Shame about the no photo policy (which the Prado could better communicate- rather than having guards yell at people - which rather spoils the ambiance)

It is a great collection of paintings from middle age to 20th century. It has also unique artifacts from greco romen era. You need to walk a lot and need a lot of hours to visit most of the items in the museum.

once we got in it was great but getting in was hard to find the line to enter since so many people were in line there should be better signage and people out on the plaza to help direct....

Avoided lines and the ticket purchased online worked very well, I would have liked them to include recommendations of works and directions on how to get in and how to get around.

Seeing the palace. Too many people for me! But maybe it's always that way. The palace was amazing to see. Be prepared for several hours to see it!

Essentially and absolutely, the Prado collections. The app was very useful, as it meant we didn't have to queue for the purchase. The waiting time is quite long, given k the attractiveness of this extraordinary museum.

We were about 200th in the ticket line to get into the Prado. A few clicks later and we had our tickets to cut the line and went straight in.

Beautiful hat and very well maintained. Well organized entrance We were glad to have taken the tickets in advance to avoid the long queue to get in.

Save the time when queuing. The App was not easy to use for new user. But all data was set up when tickets were required. No big trouble.

Very easy to fill out the application and thus avoid walking to the other side of the museum and at the same time avoid long lines. Very user friendly application

It really is a magnificent museum, I have to go back soon. I loved Bosch, I was especially interested in looking closely at the painting of the hay wagon.

The museum is mind-blowing in the amount of works to be seen. I did not take advantage of the guidebook. I recommend everyone to purchase the ticket online.

Magnificent palace to visit. Each room more beautiful than the next. An improvement in the visibility of the direction of the visit would be welcome.

We enjoyed the overall Prado experience, having prebooked tickets eased the entry process. However on the day we went it would have been cheaper and faster to walk up and buy a ticket. HEAD OUT doesn't offer age related discounts that the museum offers.

The entrance without queuing phenomenal, but inside the Palace too many people, walking through the corridors impossible and let alone to appreciate the beauty of it, inside it is impossible to walk all cramped.
