the ticket was for 2 adults and 2 children under 18 ( free according to your site for under 18s). But according to the museum, it's free for children up to 12!)

Paid 32 Eu for two tickets with audio guide, downloaded audio guide app but was unable to use it, not straight forward, couldn't select the museum/tour/languages.
Tickets at the museum were 8 Eu per person and easily available (lost 16Eu using the app).
