Combo: One-Way Transfers between Katowice Pyrzowice Airport and Krakow City + Krakow Card

I spent over 30 euros in a ticket I did not use, manage for another day was not possible, cancelling was not possible. Customer service not available just a chat bot. It was never clear that was not the ticket to enter de museums, when arriving I got rejected in the entrance so I had to buy an extra ticket. Nobody from headout staff or agency was near by.

We weren't able to use our tickets for anything. We stayed close to the Old Town and pretty much everything was within walking distance. The buses always looked very crowded. The museums we wanted to see were closed when we went and the Wawel Castle wasn't included. I've purchased other city passes before (such as in Copenhagen) and they were tremendously valuable... not so much in Krakow. Plus, getting the ticket was frustrating. Having a digital card and an app with maps of where the sites are located and information about each would be a tremendous improvement.

i didn't use the reservation because it expired. we had a delay with the flights and it was too late to change the tickets. in the end we had to pay outside the reservation.

I booked tickets for a day that nothing was open. It was Corpus Christi day and everything was closed. I requested a refund as nothing was open to visit on the pass. I never have heard back. I want my money back.

We loved everything except the lady working at the infokrakow office didn't have any idea how to make the cards. It took her almost 30 minutes to make the cards.
