All OK, very nice to be able to get on and off the bus and to be able to do both historical and modern tour of Madrid. Really very nice staff. The only less positive note is due to traffic delays on the historic Madrid tour, but that is certainly not your fault.

Gut war die Rundfahrt durch die Stadt und die verschiedenen Tourenangebote. Nicht gut waren unter anderem die Audiokommentare. Diese waren zum Teil inhaltlich schwer verständlich, da viele Fachbegriffe verwendet wurden.

Esperienza positiva, ci sono due percorsi con lo stesso biglietto, a mio parere una cosa positiva, anche se la parte che viene definita Madrid storica è meno bello rispetto all'altro che propone la parte della città più lontana dal centro storico. Personale gentile e disponibile, autobus puliti e molto frequenti nel corso della giornata. Grazie

A very nice tour of the city with an easy view of the monuments in complete tranquillity. Convenience of getting off and getting back on the bus, useful audio guide. Would it be possible to give the precise starting bridge with the street or GPS point for each of the tours? And specify on the stops which tour they refer to? Thanks, it was really good.

The top of the open top bus was not open even though the sun was out and there was no wind or rain and so it was hard to see the landmarks that the commentary pointed out. On the blue route the commentary was very dull. We enjoyed the green route more although we tushed to get the timetabled bus for the extended route time and the bus did not go to any extra stops. That was quite disappointing. The women running the on-board ticket desks were excellent and so were the drivers.

We liked the skip the line visit to the royal palace. It helped us to save time. Also bus was great but we missed tour guide in polish language. That would be great if you could include it

Overbooked bus got people to stand and sit to tight on the bus. During the day there was no Chance for us to sit on the upper deck and we did not see much. During the night it was better.

The bus at Bernabeu only runs until 17:00, not 18:00 as described on the ticket, we had to take a cab! : ( The route and exact locations are not available anywhere online : (

There is always a bus arriving and the waiting time is very short. Although it was very cold, the trip was pleasant and we were able to visit and get to know Madrid.

We went on our own as a family. We found parents and children fantastic and the fun was unbeatable. Reservations very easy, no queues, looking forward to repeating.

This is the best way to introduce yourself to a city like Madrid. They hit all the hot spots and the commentary was very good!

I took this tour on Saturday March 2 in a vehicle open to all draughts. As the weather was particularly gloomy (rain and snow), I sat inside, but it was very cold. The tour guide was chatting to the driver in a voice so loud it drowned out the audio guide's comments.

The experience was interesting and all the points we were told about were covered in the audio and in the stop notifications, giving us an overall picture of Madrid. Whenever we stopped, we had no trouble catching the next bus.

Had an amazing city tour experience. If you want to see the city and have limited time, choose the hop-on and hop-off bus tour.

Despite the amount of people visiting the museum, it was a good experience because of the careful entrance and the explanations.

Very good service! I only found it very difficult to find the stops because they are not signposted and they don't give you a map with the exact location, I think this is something that needs to be changed urgently.

It appeared that the audio guide connection to half of the seats on the bus was not working. I had to change seats twice to get a working connection. It would help greatly if the audio identified the stop number with what appeared on the map. Much of the time, it was guess work for me identifying the building or plaza with what the speaker was saying.

Very cool, we enjoyed it very much both children and parents 😃, the only thing is q is a small, but otherwise great 😄

Very good. The booking was very easy with headout. Also the day before they reminded me of the appointment, with the place, the time, how to get there and even the weather that day. The museum was very good. Both for adults and children. Very curious and fun.
