IoBus: Rome Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

Without your perfect service, we could not have seen much of the Eternal City , too bad the top of the bus is without windows.... When it rains it is a mini inconvenience

I think it is an extremely useful service to be able to visit a big city like Rome and the opportunity to find almost immediately the bus that took us to another place to visit. The staff, on board, very kind and attentive to every need, even from the point of view of safety, in fact they often invited with extreme kindness some passengers to sit down in order to prevent them from falling during the ride. Extreme kindness also with people with disabilities, making sure that the wheelchair was securely fastened to the seat belts. Then listening through headphones, accurate and perfectly coordinated explanations during the passage. A wonderful experience, and after all the ups and downs, a sincere friendly relationship was established with the cabin crew. Thank you, thank you for the wonderful experience

Staff très sympha, le parcours est vraiment bien planifié et nous avons eu l'apperçu des points les plus emblémathiques de la ville dans un court espace de temps.

De instructie, waar we moesten zijn, was duidelijk aangegeven en de tour was prima.

Bad service, hard seats, tickets in street were cheaper as purchased.

Trouble with our online tickets!!!

Zero stars. I have used a lot of hop on/hop off busses and this is by far the worst. The attendants said busses come every 15 minutes which is either a goal, or a lie. Every other company (red busses, I ❤️ Roma, hop on/hop off) all came 2-3 times for 1 IO Bus. The attendants on the street were rude, and had no control of any of the passengers "lining up" to get on. This was extremely disappointing, as we only got to use the bus twice as we walked everywhere else, otherwise we would have lost many hours waiting for the bus. I have requested a refund and have not heard anything back. I am happy to edit/review again when it is resolved. Even if that service was bad, I can appreciate a good customer service follow up. However, that has not happened so far.

Long waits. WIFI bad. Booking experience awful as they initially refused to accept out tickets. Commentary didn’t work most of the time. Not enough busses, always full. Tomorrow we will book with another HOHO bus group.
