Pena Palace & Park Tickets with Audio Guide

Highly recommend getting the ticket for the shuttle that takes you to and from entrance to the palace. It is a nice walk but a decent incline always good to have the option. Good audio. However, I wish it could also be read room by room as the noise level depending on crowds in certain areas it was loud . This is a truely beautiful place not to be missed great photo opportunities everywhere.

It was great day in Sintra. Beautifull nature, lunch in castle with a view😍, everything was awensome.

The visit to the Palace is very good and the audio guide explains everything phenomenal.

We had our tickets ready. However, since it was not high season we had to wait more than people who did not have tickets because they are strict with the schedule. The audio could be delayed or brought forward. At the Pena Palace the audio is free so it is not necessary to pay extra.

The audio guide was not set up well at all. Instructions were poor. Ticket showed French audio guide even though French was ordered. No option was provided to get audio guide another way. Audio guide was not synced with stations or names or numbers on the site. Most our group did not take advantage of audio tour. Very disappointing.

We could not park there and had to go outside, as they did not let us go to the parking lot indicated in the application. So they charged me for the parking and I didn't use it and on top of that we had to pay to go up to the castle. They had to refund me the parking fee.

A fantastic trip, the palace and the views from it is unreal. Everything went smooth. My only complaint would be I didn't realize I would need ear phones and then wasn't able to sync the audio with actual tour in real life. But that's probably me being not very tech savvy.

To buy ticket was fairly simple but not always clear. For example we did not know that transport was not from the train station to the castle but when in the castle area up the montain only. Also the audio guide was not coming with earphones. We had to bring ours. This was not specified clearly enough. So we missed it because we did not bring our earphones. Finaly the access to the castle park was not on the same site. So we had to buy another ticket with unlimited hop on anf hop off bus to get there. So not to happy but we saw the castle.

Felt rushed to go from Pena palace to Regaleira because of the times on admission ticket. Plus finding out how to get to Regaleira, waiting for bus and walking to Regeria took time. Regaleira wasn't crowded and was allowed to go in later than my time slot thankfully.

Buying the tickets was very easy and everything worked perfectly. The queue for the shuttle bus took 45 minutes. Unacceptable We had problems at the entrance to the palace where the guards wanted to send us to the front of the queue, which took 30mins because they thought we had cut the queue. We had to fight a lot and it was very stressful.

Truthfully it wasn't great. The audio tour I paid for never came. We contacted and communicated with a staff who promised to send a new link to my email which I never received. The palace itself was a disappointment

The entrance tickets for the transit and Pena Castle worked perfectly. We could not download the audio guide and was told by one of the castle employees that I was scammed! I thought that was a ridculous answer, considering the transit/entry tickets worked. Unfortuately, the are no print options available, so we bought another video guide and was able to learn more from the tour.

On the audio instructions, it only spoke about that you download the app but it doesn't explain anywhere what code to enter to access it. I tried the booking ID & barcode no.s but none where accept or there was a way to press enter after you enter the no.s. very disappointing!! So we basically missed out on that facility although we paid for it.

Ticket availability ok Audioguide never received nor any e-mail or message to say that the audioguide will be sent by e-mail and for download.... Not very serious, too bad, I'm not likely to use this application again.

It's a very beautiful visit, whether it's the palace or the garden. The only problem was that I couldn't connect to the audio tour I'd taken because I didn't have the code, and being a non-bilingual foreigner I didn't know how to ask for it or find it.
