The whole booking experience was 100% smooth even though it was my first Headout booking. I would definitely recommend this application as a model for online tour services. The information was always where I needed it without having to think too much about where to be when and just when there was the slightest possibility I might be late the phone rang (I wasn't late; I just wasn't early either) and I had an enquiry whether I was on my way. The guide himself was astute, incredibly well informed, passionate about his subject and is an expert in leading foreigners through the wonders of the Wawel. Great experience, an extraordinary guide! Luckily we were only 2 for the visit, beautiful monument and great anecdotes from our guide who knew everything inside out 😌 and spoke French very clearly! I highly recommend this experience!

The privacy, as there weren't many people on the boat so we could all enjoy in peace. Also liked the pub like place we were waiting in and got our drinks. Cozy and nautical themed.

Very nice and above all atmospheric round trip. Early December with decorated tables, fairy lights everywhere and a Christmas playlist. Admittedly, the tour was interrupted somewhat chaotically by a few sightseeing explanations in different languages, fortunately not so often, and fortunately we had already explored the city beforehand, so we definitely preferred the Christmas playlist. :-) All this with a warm drink from the little bar, perfect.

The speaker was excellent. Very knowledgeable and available. However, as I did not receive confirmation of my booking, after several days I bought tickets again and paid €89 twice. I would appreciate a refund.

Looking at what the castle has and hearing about all the history was interesting. Didn't enjoy the guide though, couldn't understand him and he was arrogant and a bit rude at times

Everything city museums food only flaw no one speaks a little Italian and that for a city like Krakow is a big flaw

Ticketing was very straightforward especially for someone who struggles with technology. The cruise itself was good as the group was relatively small so you were not crowded.

I just wanted to say that Krzysztof/Christoph is the most wonderful tour guide imaginable. He is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his subject and I feel extremely lucky to have had him as the guide. I have spent three terrific days in Kraków, but the tour today was the best experience of all. Please pass on my sincere thanks and compliments to Krzysztof. He is an asset to your organisation.

Die Anlage des Wawel ist sehr beeindruckend. Unsere Tourführerin erzählte flüssing und interessant, machte uns auf viele Details aufmerksam, brachte uns viele politische und gesellschaftliche Hintergründe der damaligen Zeit und der Herrschenden nahe. Insgesamt eine gelungene und sehr interessante Führung.

Ticket system worked great, the tour was very good and informative, I had two isses though, my headset did'nt work and the guide didnt carry a spare so I had to listen through one ear phone from my partners set, our guide spoke very quickly so through one ear i had difficulty hearing her.
