Théo Boat Seine River Dinner Cruise with Italian Menu

It was very good, very nice, I think you can improve the salmon menu, put a little more salmon..but all great, the attention and excellent location for my location.

Loved the views as well as the fact that we got a table facing the river. Prices of alcohol are very reasonable. The 2 servers I can't remember their name the Moroccan girl and French girl that were the servers were very friendly and attentive. I loved the watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night.

The only thing that was not so good was the entrance through a tunnel that was in very bad conditions and gave us a little bit of fear.

We loved the food the ride and the atmosphere.I proposed to my girlfriend and it was magical.Sha said YES!

on arrival we were taken to an alloted table, ordered our meal, drinks were delivered, then a very late party boarded, it seemed that the table we had been given should have been theirs. Our drinks were literally taken out of our hands and moved to another less favourable table, we were told we were on the wrong table like it was our fault, we were told to move and had to grab our belongings as the other group were made a huge fuss of and seated, we weren't shown to our new table but had to make our own way clutching bags and coats with the rest of the diners staring at us. No apology, the staff were rude and abrupt, and I certainly would not recommend this trip to anyone else

The ticket buying experience was very easy and the service and food was excellent at a very reasonable price. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and if we ever have the opportunity to visit Paris in the future we would definitely book another cruise with this company.

All the way very beautiful views, but lacking more information and signage to get there, we were lost for 2 hours near the place.

It was a very good experience. The place is comfortable although a little cramped. I think they can improve on customer service, they are a bit rude when you ask for something, but in general it's fine. The food is very good and the fact that they let you go up to see the Eiffel Tower when you pass by is very nice. Overall I give it a rating of 8/10. Would I recommend it? Absolutely.

The staff and crew did an amazing job of serving everyone and making sure all our need were fulfilled. Our group of 8 had an amazing time.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was good, too. There was just a minor misunderstanding with the amount of water provided. We were informed that water is included. The amount was not specified, so I thought there was no limit. At the end of dinner, we paid 80 euros for the additional water (we were a group of 56 people). I recommend adding the information about how much water exactly is included. 250ml of water per person for the whole dinner is not enough.

More protein options (chicken). The food was ok but could have been better. The top of the boat was amazing and we loved spending time up there!

The boat was hard to find, direction were not very clear. Food was decent and the cruise experience was good. Host was friendly and accommodated us with preferred seats.

Excellent service and food only, the way down to the pier should be explained a little better, we couldn't find the tunnel to go down and it doesn't say it anywhere. We had to take a cab for 20'mts to take us down to the pier.

The views were spectacular and the food was excellent. Could not recommend this experience enough. 10/10
