Danube River Cruise with Optional Viennese Delicacies

Beautiful experience, I had a nice afternoon on the Danube, the staff knowledgeable, cordial and helpful. I had purchased the option with Viennese schnitzel, very good. Recommended to everyone.

It was very pleasant, as the day was a little cloudy and the sun wasn't burning so mercilessly. The cool breeze on the water was good, as was the peace and quiet. All in all, very relaxing. Until the moment the locks open. All the guests get very excited and try to get the best spot on the railing to watch the spectacle. I think the lock trips are always a highlight for everyone.

A fantastic way to spend a relaxing sunny afternoon after days of sightseeing on foot. Lovely to see a different view of the city. Service was really good and our schnitzel was delicious

This is not my review, couldn't send my actual review unfortunately!!! My review: The ship was far too small for the number of passengers. passengers, insufficient protection from the sun on a very hot day. Outside area too cramped and with far too little space. A whole hour in the lock is not an experience at all. The route itself did not show any interesting sights or anything similar. Therefore, the trip is definitely not recommended

Clean, friendly staff. Prices on drinks and food more ok than at the terraces in town. Great experience for those who have never been through the Danube locks

The centralized boarding and the smooth ticketing process were ideal. The service on the ship was also impeccable (hats off to the crew!) The automatic announcements gave brief and good information about the places you had to pass through. Highly recommended if you want to relax and unwind.

Very nice staff. Despite the large number of people, they were quick and extremely friendly. The food was also good. Definitely recommendable

Relaxed trip on the Danube and the Danube Canal with the opportunity to experience a lock maneuver. Nevertheless, the ticketing via Headout was not very customer-friendly, as you had to have a separate ticket with a QR code issued in person at the counter after purchasing...

Food and facilities were great! The sites information was hard to identify being on a tv so that was pretty worthless. The service was very mediocre. We had no way of knowing how/when to order our food from the unfriendly waiter. He was handsome but not very nice. I think someone hired him for the wrong reason.

The beautiful weather! :-) Seriously, the boat was interesting and pleasant to be on. A bit more outdoor seating would be better.

The trip was very interesting and informative. The trip on the Danube was very relaxing for us. The staff were competent and friendly. The food on board was very good.

Overall a good tour, where you can see certain points of the city from a different perspective, both from the Danube Canal and directly from the Danube. Basically also with good descriptions via loudspeakers. However, these were set far too quietly, so that you hardly understood anything. Of course, it always depends on how loudly the people around you are talking. But the technology could definitely be improved! Therefore only a mediocre rating.
