By the reservation it looked like I had to arrive exactly at 9:00 to the office where the tour should start. There we have learnt that we have an access during the whole day and that we can download the audio guide. Unfortunately, it took halfhour on wifi in the tourist center. On mobile data it didn`t work at all.

We went to the HeadOut meeting place 30 minutes before out "tour", but there was a long line into the "office" and it wasn't clear if we needed to meet our guide inside or out front. When we went inside and presented out voucher, there were no tickets for us, so we had to wait while they printed something out. The print out did not have a bar code, so when we found the entry gate (on our own - there was no guide or map to get us there), there was a long delay while the gate tried to reach someone to verify our tickets. Worst tour experience ever.
