Louvre Museum Timed Access Tickets & Seine River Cruise

Huge and beautiful museum with dedicated rooms. Beautiful also the integration of themed haute couture creations. Too bad about the Mona Lisa room not well managed and too much confusion Very kind and knowledgeable hostess who handed us the tickets and excellent queue jumping

I believe most people will look to take this package for the Louvre tickets, which are kinda impossible to get a day before your visit in this high-volume, reservation-only peak season. I booked this package as a last-ditch attempt to get in, and although I had to follow up for over an hour before the museum visit time, I actually did to get tickets! For that, I will always give Headout its due props. The cruise should not be slept on, either - it is a great experience and the flexibility is really cool! In the summers, I recommend picking up the 8:30 cruise if you want to see the Eiffel light up in front of your eyes. All in all, you get what you pay for, and this is actually one of the better packages available on the website!

The Louvre is really a museum to do in your life, plan the whole day because it is very very large, ideally you need several days. On the other hand, the information given by the headout site to enter the museum is erroneous, There's no need to go and find the hostess near the triumphal arch of the carrousel, we went from group to group until finally a guide told us that we could go directly to the museum in the basement to receive the audio guides 🙄. Enjoy your visit

We didn't have to wait very long, thanks to the tickets purchased in advance via the app. Definitely worth a try! The riverboat ride was really nice too, and we really appreciated the Eiffel Tower!

It's a real shame that the cruise address on the info m mail wasn't the right one. We were told to go to the bateau parisien when the tickets were for the bateau mouche, which we found out once we got to the bateau parisien. That's all there is to it.

Headout's ticketing maked the entrance really speed. We didn't wait. The museum is wonderful. We spent three hours because we had not so much time, but it deserves one full day.

Arrive in front of the Louvre pyramid at least 1 hour before the tour start time! You will have to wait in line as everyone books tickets! Having said that entered then without any problem and visit done excellently! Through app in the afternoon also took boat on the Seine! Beautiful visit! I highly recommend booking via App!

I still remember the panic in my chest when I realized I was the only one in my group without a ticket. The Louvre was sold out, and time was running out. But the customer service team never gave up on me. They worked quickly and reassured me until, finally, my ticket arrived two hours before our visit. Thanks to them, I could stand in front of the Mona Lisa with my friends, not outside the gates.

we queued with people who already had tickets to get in, and the queue was already very long (an hour's wait) what's more, we paid for my 20-year-old daughter, even though admission is free for under-26s; how can I get my money back?

The Louvre is just fantastic, unfortunately my mail has me on a wrong access, we did not know how long we can stay there, the other organizer was far away.

On booking the Louvre Museum and Seine River cruise, there were some issues with the tickets. Firstly, I received only two tickets for the Louvre Museum; there were four of us. Secondly, the ticket explained that I needed to meet a guide to scan the tickets and we went to the meeting point, as explained. Previously to this, I had emailed Headout and asked for clarification and had not received any response. I had to physically call the tour operator who explained that there was no meeting and that we should proceed directly to the entrance. With the Seine River tickets, we had instructions to go to Bateaux Parisiens on the email and Bateaux Mouches on the tickets. This was very confusing. Again, I had emailed Headout but received no response. I had to ask the tour operator. Not very happy about this, as it was quite stressful not knowing what to do. I don't think I should have needed to call anyone. I had booked the Eiffel Tower tickets with another website and I received the tickets as soon as I paid. I understand that a tour operator is used with Headout but I didn't receive the tickets 24 hours prior to the event. I had to email Headout the night before and I received them in the morning of the booked timed event.

The Louvre is a magnificent attraction. The architecture is spectacular. I loved all of the art pieces within. You do need more than a day to truly appreciate the beauty. Loved the gardens also. I have loved every minute of bring in Paris.

I have always dreamed of seeing the Mona Lisa... I was just in Aw. I've never been so happy to share this experience with my daughter.
