Louvre Museum Reserved Access Tickets & Seine River Cruise

this was a good way to learn about the Momuments on the Seine River and was just the right amount of time> the guide did a good job of pointing out the main historical spots and the accomadation were nice. My wife had a issue with the bathroom being very dirty like they werent cleaned after the previous cruise. Also there was a issue with the tickets not scanning at the checkin and the attendant made a big deal about and walked me around to his colleagues making jokes in french because he thought i didnt understand.

The time spent inside the museum was worth it. It brought you back to the history infront of your eyes and you can observe every piece and details which is a really great experience.

I bought 2 combo tickets for the louvre museum at 10am and seine boat tour. The tickets were confusing on the app because when I opened the ticket on the app I only saw the river boat ride ticket and was scolded by the museum people because I didn't know how to read. That was so embarrassing!! It took me a while to see that there were 3 tickets (in very small print it says 1 of 3). The 2nd ticket was also a boat ride ticket. The 3rd ticket finally was the Louvre tickets (2 tickets on the same tickets). And I was surprised to find that the ticket was for 10:30, not 10! So I had to get out of line and wait in another line. Then waited and waited until 11 am. It was very frustrating. I used the boat ride ticket the next day. Getting on and off the boat was was very crowded with long waiting lines. The boat was crowded and people were very rude - pushing me, running into me, people doing selfies and getting in everyone's way.

Lines were so long it was over an hour getting in with someone having to take us through a different entrance after our grace period ended which took away from the time we had in the museum.

Was expecting to meet a guide. Instructions were very confusing. Museum was closing soon after our arrival and audio was sold out.

I enjoyed my time there very much from the fun exhibits and seeing the fascinating sights. I heavily recommend it to anyone who is a proud devotee of high art and culture

Louvre + boat trip were great! However, tickets only arrived on my cell phone just under 1 day beforehand. That unsettled me when I booked online with a large advance money transfer. In the meantime, I thought it was a fake. Communication in this regard was then difficult. I was constantly put off (from the initial "tickets will arrive 1 week beforehand at the latest" to the final "1 hour beforehand at the latest", I was always given a friendly rebuff. In addition, the tickets were quite expensive, even as a combination. I could have got them much cheaper on site.

Der Louvre in Paris ist immer ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Kunstsammlung und die Skulpturen sind außergewöhnlich und man kann Tage darin verbringen, um sich das alles anzusehen. Ich glaube, wir waren 4 Stunden in dem wunderschönen, übersichtlich gestalteten Museum. Ein Audio-Guide war inkludiert, aber der QR-Code gab das nicht her. Aber die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr freundlich und haben uns den Guide trotzdem überlassen. Danke nochmal dafür! Unser Kombiticket beinhaltete außerdem eine Seine-Fahrt. Auch hier klappte der QR-Code nicht (Aussage des Mannes beim Einlaß: Der Code ist schlecht gemacht). Nachdem ich ihm aber die Buchungsmail auf dem Handy gezeigt habe, hat er uns so durchgelassen. Danke auch dafür.

Unfortunately we had to request our tickets because they were not sent to us. We weren't sure if we we were really going to get to go on this tour. Thank goodness I requested ticket confirmation and they came through. Not sure I could recommend this company.

It wasn't clear that the Seine could be done on another day and therefore I lost on the opportunity to do the Seine river cruise which was a massive loss

The tour folks need to read the actual issue when they are contacted. Everything was great except i tried to download the audioguide in advance as suggested, but not given the codes for the guides until we were actually about to leave the Louvre despite being contacted 3 days in a row and the entire time in the louvre Otherwise, the entry was great. The Seine cruise was fun but a bit confusing as to where specifically along the half mile stretch of the dock was the actual meeting point for my cruise

Headout permet de ne pas avoir à réserver soi même son entrée. Cela évite le stress de ne pas avoir le jour où l'heure demandée. Le seul bémol c'est si vous avez des enfants mineurs... Vous devez prendre vous même leur place sur les sites réservés... On a pas forcément les même horaires et cela perd du temps. Dommage

It was a great moment while visiting the mesuem. Amazing building structure and also very large collection of antiquities. Kind of dream come true while standing in front of Mona Lisa portrait

Was easy to find the correct line to enter. Waited for about 15 min to get in even in the reservation line but overall easy.

The museum is really impressive! And the process of receiving the tickets was easy and without any problems, I recommend it and would use it again!

Audio guide was confusing. It should have tracked where I am inside the museum and provide audio for what I'm looking at. At least, it should provide walking directions to where the important pieces with audio guide are. Instead, I was wandering around on my own while going through the app to see if I could find any audio for what I'm looking at.

Both the Louvre Museum and the Seine boast cruise were amazing experiences. We used the Headout app to show and scan our tickets for entry and we had a smooth, no hassle experience. At both venues we were a little uncertain if we were in the right line ups but venue staff were so friendly and helpful and confirmed we were exactly where we needed to be.

We had trouble downloading tickets. Venue would not accept anything except PDF copy. The address of the River cruise was not apparent. I had to make several efforts to contact you for address. There should be more info readily available. We found the location but it was not easy. Thank you for responding when we requested help.

The Louvre museum was incredible. My husband and I spent hours taking our time and enjoyed everything the gallery had to offer. Headout made the ticket buying experience easy and the we loved the Siene river cruise that was a lovely experience that we wouldn't have thought of.

The Seine River Cruise was the best experience. They were attentive to our needs, the cruise was comfortable, it was great value for money. The Louvre was grand with plenty to see but when it came to viewing the Mona Lisa they did not put up a walking trail to making the viewing more personal and swift, a quick in and out. Crowds of people were taking their time at the front and we could not get close to view her. We were 10 to 15 metres behind the centre to take a photo and see her. We were disappointed and it could've been handled a lot better. We left the building very swiftly after that.
