Louvre Museum Reserved Access Tickets & Seine River Cruise

The time spent inside the museum was worth it. It brought you back to the history infront of your eyes and you can observe every piece and details which is a really great experience.

I bought 2 combo tickets for the louvre museum at 10am and seine boat tour. The tickets were confusing on the app because when I opened the ticket on the app I only saw the river boat ride ticket and was scolded by the museum people because I didn't know how to read. That was so embarrassing!! It took me a while to see that there were 3 tickets (in very small print it says 1 of 3). The 2nd ticket was also a boat ride ticket. The 3rd ticket finally was the Louvre tickets (2 tickets on the same tickets). And I was surprised to find that the ticket was for 10:30, not 10! So I had to get out of line and wait in another line. Then waited and waited until 11 am. It was very frustrating. I used the boat ride ticket the next day. Getting on and off the boat was was very crowded with long waiting lines. The boat was crowded and people were very rude - pushing me, running into me, people doing selfies and getting in everyone's way.

Was expecting to meet a guide. Instructions were very confusing. Museum was closing soon after our arrival and audio was sold out.

Louvre + boat trip were great! However, tickets only arrived on my cell phone just under 1 day beforehand. That unsettled me when I booked online with a large advance money transfer. In the meantime, I thought it was a fake. Communication in this regard was then difficult. I was constantly put off (from the initial "tickets will arrive 1 week beforehand at the latest" to the final "1 hour beforehand at the latest", I was always given a friendly rebuff. In addition, the tickets were quite expensive, even as a combination. I could have got them much cheaper on site.

It wasn't clear that the Seine could be done on another day and therefore I lost on the opportunity to do the Seine river cruise which was a massive loss

Headout permet de ne pas avoir à réserver soi même son entrée. Cela évite le stress de ne pas avoir le jour où l'heure demandée. Le seul bémol c'est si vous avez des enfants mineurs... Vous devez prendre vous même leur place sur les sites réservés... On a pas forcément les même horaires et cela perd du temps. Dommage

It was a great moment while visiting the mesuem. Amazing building structure and also very large collection of antiquities. Kind of dream come true while standing in front of Mona Lisa portrait

Was easy to find the correct line to enter. Waited for about 15 min to get in even in the reservation line but overall easy.

The museum is really impressive! And the process of receiving the tickets was easy and without any problems, I recommend it and would use it again!

Both the Louvre Museum and the Seine boast cruise were amazing experiences. We used the Headout app to show and scan our tickets for entry and we had a smooth, no hassle experience. At both venues we were a little uncertain if we were in the right line ups but venue staff were so friendly and helpful and confirmed we were exactly where we needed to be.

We had trouble downloading tickets. Venue would not accept anything except PDF copy. The address of the River cruise was not apparent. I had to make several efforts to contact you for address. There should be more info readily available. We found the location but it was not easy. Thank you for responding when we requested help.

The Louvre museum was incredible. My husband and I spent hours taking our time and enjoyed everything the gallery had to offer. Headout made the ticket buying experience easy and the we loved the Siene river cruise that was a lovely experience that we wouldn't have thought of.

The Museum was beautiful. It was grand and a beautiful experience. I am not into art but did appreciate the beauty & culture.

It was an unforgettable exhibition. However, at the museum they said that I didn't have the right to an audio guide and that I would have to pay extra for the headphones. Thank you very much ☺️

We were able to buy tickets online. The ticket is not skip-the-line, you just don't have to queue to buy the tickets.

The Louvre is simply amazing. It was our second time inside and we still haven't seen everything. We did the boat trip for the first time, there was an audioguide and it was also available as an app. Unfortunately, we couldn't download it. But what was good was that we could do the boat trip on another day. The Louvre and boat trip would have been too much for me in one day, but we also had more time

Good that we bought the skip the queue tickets as there were longggg queue outside Louvre Musuem for the visit. The instructions were clear and it was pretty easy for 10 of us to make our way for the Seine river cruise in the evening as well.

Everything worked out great, even the entrance to the Louvre was uncomplicated. The only disadvantage was on the boat trip, when the weather is nice everyone sits on top of the boat, of course, there is no audio guide, you would have to log in yourself with your cell phone. So almost nobody heard the text, you want to take photos and not listen to the text, which was a shame. Otherwise everything was fine.

The super organized and fast entrance to the museum! Everything is well signposted and the staff are very friendly. I can only recommend it.
