Palace is great, but the royal archives are an absolute must... very interesting history if Spain and of the spanish royal family. Recomend going to the gallery first and the to the Palace

I found it a little thick, The audio guides were not of great help, otherwise it is a great exhibition [ Austrias y Borbones ] to value and remember.

The Royal Palace very impressive, the Hall of Arms well stocked, as well as the Galeria of the Royal Collections, a must visit for those visiting Madrid.

It was amazing !! The view was perfect and the palace every room is beautiful!! For the price it's a great experience u don't have to worry about long guided tours it's at your own pace !!

The exhibition met all my expectations. Being able to access it without any problems was great. I will repeat this system with other exhibitions and museums.

The combined offer : Skip the Line tickets for Royal Palace of Madrid + Royal Collections Gallery was very useful. OLtre to avoid the long lines to purchase tickets we were able to anticipate the visit by about 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time.

The exhibition is fine but an hour and a half, as the promotion says, is too little time for the visit. Moreover, the rooms are too dark.

I booked a ticket for the palace for the 22.04. but the date automatically changed to the 29th without notifying me, deducting the payable amount and refusing a refund because of unavailability. Will not reccomend this site to anyone and will never use it again. Worst platform ever

Hello, I loved the space, the presentation, the details, the impeccable restoration of all aspects, pieces and furniture. A marvel that requires time for those of us who have almost no idea. I LOVED IT...

The Museum itself is an excellent piece of work. I was only able to see one room after an hour and a half. I paid admission online and it turned out that it was free that day. I will have to go back and pay again. It doesn't seem fair to me.

The gallery and palace were beautiful. So many great pcs on display, and access to the palace is great. I wish they included access to the kitchen and galley with the palace ticket. Was turned away saying I need to buy a separate ticket for that area which is crazy to me.

Buying ahead means a Quick line in the Palace and none in Colecciones Reales. The lines for buying tickets were super long and it was freezing!

I really liked the content of the exhibition and the building inside, although from the outside it looked strange. It does not detract from the Royal Palace or the Almudena Cathedral.

The experience very well, 2 things to improve, the first is q the visit is not seen in 45 minutes in the gallery of the royal collections as you indicate, it is much longer and the second poni q the audio guide was optional without putting any price gives to error, at least in my case q I thought it was optional if I wanted or not, otherwise very well, thanks

Definitely recommend! 1. When we arrived at the palace there was already a very long queue and we only had to go to the front and show our tickets to get inside. 2. I wanted to book our visit on the official site at first, however the date wasn't available anymore, but with our headout ticket we were also able to skip the line and go on the day we wanted.

There is no waiting time. Although booked with time they let you in if you arrive early. Very friendly reception staff. The person who was in the closet, super friendly, offered us the tour for the child, very polite and professional.

The exhibition is very well organized with explanatory panels for each piece, great accessibility and several videos that situate you perfectly.
