Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Elevator: Summit or Second Floor

Very nice guide, kind with the kids and interresting. We are French and we didn't find a french visit! So he was very helpful.

Our guide Ana was outstanding, she spoke slowly while answering every question with a smile and kindness. She explained the history of the Eifel Tower and the major monuments in Paris while also giving us very specific directions on what to see. She was always attentive to each person in the group especially my 8-year-old daughter. I highly recommend this guide because it was a wonderful experience far beyond our expectations. Thank you Ana!!!

The guide was very nice, we were worried because we were about 7 minutes late but she waited until 20 minutes so that we were all there. She explained the procedure and the history of the eiffel tower. We also had passes for the top floor and she showed us perfectly how to go up and down. Everything went very well!

Martin was super friendly, interesting and dynamic, with lots of drive and energy to tell us about the history of the Eiffel Tower and in his exchanges with the group. The tour was very interesting, well signposted and fun to do, I recommend it!

Our guide, Mariana was punctual, was attentive to the group, gave us information about the history of the tower, its builder, ... Open to questions from the group. Explaining what to do depending on the reservation made. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we could not go to the top of the Eifel Tower due to strong winds. However, it was very special to look over the illuminated Paris in the dark from the 2nd floor with a brisk wind. Our guide could tell nice stories, but had no cheese about taking a picture of the two of us and we had to fill out a survey from TripAdvisor before we were allowed out on the 2nd floor.

Great experience! Amazing tour guide! It was a bit windy so we couldn't go to the summit but overall great views even from the second floor

We had "Mo" from Mumbai India as our guide, and she was very good. But very disapointed that we couldnt get access to the summit, wich we had ordered from Home.

Very knowledgeable guide with lots of enthusiasm for the tour. Easy to find following the directions on the ticket. Really enjoyed Charles tour.

Despite the cold, it was worth the experience and the friendliness of our guide Fortune Too bad we couldn't see the city from the top floor due to the fog

The Guide just walked us from a corner near the Tower and left us at the gate. Couldn't even find her after. I expected more of a guided tour. We also had trouble finding the right boat at the dock for the cruise. No directions on how to get to right boat.

The visit itself it was almost perfect, and the guide we had was very nice and very informed about the Eiffel Tower and about the city.

Everything is very nice. The tower is spectacular! I wanted to come here for a long time. The prices in the restaurants a bit expensive. I really enjoyed the adventure.

Too bad that the tour is not available in German 6 people are coming to Paris on New Year's Eve who would also like a guided tour but in German I understood very little English but still enjoyed an unforgettable experience Thank you

The tour was fine but the whole thing was too expensive for what it offers and waiting too long for others from the group at the start.

Good experience, but they forgot to give me our boat ride tickets. We had to go back to the office, and pick them up from another kiosk that was still open.

We had a good guide, Alexandra, who knew how to tell us a lot about the history of the Eiffel Tower. It was very instructive.
