Eiffel Tower Guided Tour: Summit or Second Floor

Very good tour guide Salome, very competent, very friendly, easy to understand. Had a lot of fun and humor and "shortened" the queue for us. Eiffel Tower impressive, lots of people as always. Can recommend the agency! LG from Salzburg

It causes uncertainty to arrive at the meeting point to form the group, the offices are closed, the guide suddenly arrives, but one arrives and sees it closed and does not know what to do.

Hafid, our guide was very good, he was quite knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He made the whole experience quite memorable

The Guide's explanation was clear and emotional. I do not speak English well, my granddaughters do. On my next visit, I will ask for a guide in Spanish. We only went up to the 2nd level and it was wonderful. I hope to have life and be able to return to climb to the top. Thanks for everything and good luck.

Our guide was Bruno and he was lovely on the tour. Bruno knew a lot of facts about the Eiffel Tower and it was very interesting to get to know all of these informations from him. His ability to speak multiple languages made communication so much easier and pleasant. He engaged with everyone on the tour and made us all feel welcomed and secure in Paris. The people at the front desk were super friendly and willing to help you with everything. Our Spanish guide Maisa was spectacular. A perfect experience.

Organised and easy Very clear and on time Everything was great except that the guide made several comments on not trusting blacks - while we may understand that some individuals push selling bracelets - referring to them as "beware of blacks" and then warning about neighbourhoods which have more diversity is just not ok He went on to say Africans selling some goods are ok - but again - this is incredibly racist I live in Paris and was taking my nephew and describing some arrondissement as unsafe because of the majority of the people living there being of colour is incredibly inappropriate

The guide was sweet and wonderful! You could get past the lines where the people without tickets were. Still had to go through security but that went quickly. Nice story! Not too long or too much information.

We loved our tour and the guide Raphael! He was awesome - very informative and easy to understand, very much added to the tour.

I did not expect the guided tour to end on a particular level of the Eiffel Tower. There was no guidance provided as to where to catch the river cruise from. We were pretty much on our own and I would have rather just booked individual tickets for each thing separately and it would turn out to be way cheaper than what we paid you. Would not ever take this again or recommend it to anyone. Feel cheated

Our guide was terrific. I'm forgetting her name but I think it is something like Kamilia. She was knowledgeable, informative, upbeat, kind, warm and lovely. She was particularly kind and responsive to my 13 year old daughter who had several questions. Rather than be annoyed by her, she gently guided her to participate in the tour and play a leadership role in asking the questions when everyone was gathered to be able to hear the responses. She is terrific and we are most greatful to have gotten her as our guide.

We booked tickets less than 24 hours before the trip and still got a reasonable price despite this being a third party tour. The activity was well administrated and clear information was provided on the meeting point (which was not the tower itself). All the staff were friendly and helpful, they also spoke excellent English. Samy, our guide, engaged well with attendees both as a group and with individual participants. He provided interesting information about the tower and other nearby attractions and helped us to navigate the site to get the most out of the visit. Once we reached the second floor we were left to continue our visit independently, allowing lots of time to see the sites and take photos. The tower itself is fascinating and the views are amazing. There is also an immersive activity which can be accessed on your mobile (this appeared to be quite interesting, but our phones weren't charged enough to take full advantage of this). After all of the walking the adjacent river cruise gave a welcom opportunity to rest our feet and see some of the wider city. We were so glad to have the opportunity to take this tour: it was everything we hoped itn would be.

Having a guide who knew his way, was humorous and knowledgeable. Having tickets confirmed beforehand also helped as it was so crowded.
