Stadtrundfahrt: Hamburg Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour with Optional Alster Lake or Harbor Cruise

The live information from the driver was excellent and the route leads to all the well-known sights.

We were very lucky that Hamburg, for once, showed itself from its most beautiful sunny side, and was even dressed up for Christmas! The trip was a great experience for us as Hamburgers - to rediscover our own city in a relaxed way with "tourist eyes", accompanied by interesting historical and current information "from the tape" and enriched with very humorous additions from the dedicated bus driver Christian. We had a lot of fun and can warmly recommend this little break from everyday life.

The employee at the ticket office at the St. Pauli-Landungsbrücken was very unfriendly, not helpful and spoke very poor English. I had a ticket on my mobile for the bus and the canal cruise. Very unclear whether that meant I could get on the bus directly and/or take the boat. Unclear which boat we had to have for the canal cruise. Strange that there is no app / mobile website with the route. There is only a PDF to download. Very unclear where exactly the stops are. Why is there no audio guide in Dutch and in Swiss? We were unlucky that due to strikes half the day was not driven. This was announced but made for a hasty tour of the city (did not get off).

The opportunity to have a detailed and complete view of the city, allowing me to stop at my particular points of interest.

An excellent experience with a first-class bus driver on the first tour. An older man. Simply unique! The return trip from the town hall at 16:30 felt like a regular bus. Friendly but 0 beyond driving.

Nice drivers and the ability to get on in many places. Because the roof of the bus can come off, you can see more of the city.

The chauffeur was absolutely awesome. Unfortunately we can't remember his name. Gray, slightly longer hair, a bit older, very slim, tall with a gray coffee cup 😊 It was also very exciting to discover the city this way

Hamburg is a really beautiful city and thanks to the city tour we were able to see and experience a lot in one day. The harbor tour was also very interesting. We saw the city from a different perspective. Can only recommend.

The driver was great - very helpful. I wish I could have understood what he was saying But, seats too small - I sat next to a guy who didn't close his legs so I was perched on the edge.
