The experience at Dubai glow garden was not enjoyable as it was full of mosquitoes and we could not really enjoy the park. Experience at Burj Khalifa was nice.

Burj Khalifa ingress ticket is slightly overpriced. It's a nice experience, but it's hard to justify 45€ per person. Aquarium is short but sweet, Underwater zoo was nice, and our son loved the otters.

Sincerelly the safari tour with ather abbas guide is just our best activity. Zoo in the Mall is rich of animal and very surprising. Aquarium is too short. Burj khalifa is amazing and the history of buld are interresting

It was Desert Safari and Burj Khalifa. Desrert safari was good and we got good driver n car as awesome as well. Driver was good guide.

Our trip got cancelled due to Dubai rains but headout was considerate enough to reschedule our tickets by adding it to credit points to be used later at our convenience in spite of being non refundable . Can't thank them enough

The best driver is definitely Faisal!! Communication was smooth, could joke around and ask and talk about many different things. The tour itself was very fun too! Dune bashing, camel ride and the shows at the base were entertaining too! There's an extra fee of 50AED per person at the base to get an upgrade, but that also was worth the price. P.S. the best photos were taken during this adventure!!

Headout is awesome! Burj Khalifa was okay, up and down, as expected. IMG Worlds of Adventure was a very nice surprise! A bit out of the main sites of Dubai, but definitely worth a visit!

Your team is not polite to tell where to go. Mostly on the transition on incoming and out going on the lift on the 125th floor. I know your staff are tired but we are also tired more. Even the person on the wheel chair can not fall in line on the VIP and he fall in line in the normal ticket.

The entry was 50 AED and the photos are being charged 100 AED and so far. This is worst. That too you're not providing any soft copy, just framed picture.
