Ravenna Mosaics Pass: 5 Monuments

The ticket process worked well. The on site staff were friendly and helpful. All the sights were amazing with descriptive information in English as well as italian.

Because we had to wait in an extremely long line to get the voucher activated and get the actual ticket, we only had time to visit one venue/ monument. Head out did a good job of staying in touch and sending reminders even on the "day of." I went to the first venue, where they would not scan the ticket on the phone, but escorted us to the long line of people waiting to buy tickets. There was no separate line for those who already bought tickets and just needed to pick up paper tickets.

Not to be missed experience of the Ravenna mosaics. Stunning. The ticket gives you entrance to 5 venues. You need when booking to note that two of the venues are only small and therefore you have a timed ticket for these two. We had early times but at the ticket office at the Basilica di San Vitale, we were able to change the times for later ones - no problem.

Little-known city that surprises visitors in general

I would have loved to get from you a message that most of the sites booked in Ravenna were closed on October 20th due to precautions in fear of bad weather. We managed to simply get and walk around only in one of the five sites booked. Hope you have a plan to refund
