From Tokyo: Mt. Fuji, Oshino Hakkai, Onsen Hot Springs or Outlets Guided Day Tour

The one day trip was nice and as expected. If you know what you're expecting (limited time at the stations or added paying for lunch, which is well communicated) then it doesn't bother you and everything goes as planned. Definitely recommending visiting onsen, it was very peaceful and mind-cleaning experience. Also our your guide Anna was very pleasant, funny, helpful and full of interesting facts.

Tour guide Jack made the experience very enjoyable. Shared his knowledge all while keeping us entertained. Punctual professional and even gave us dinner suggestions (which were trip highlights as well) 10/10 experience

Our guide gave us a great tour. She explained a lot and it was great fun. We were very lucky and had a good view of Mount Fuji.

three stars is a good rating for the experience. i felt that i had a hard time understanding her (possibly all my fault) and that she spoke more in the other language than she did english. mt fuji was a cool experience, it was a beautiful sight and seemed to spend about 30-ish minutes there. ... the second stop was where i stay at the three stars. we were definitely rushed and didn't get to see the pond that was included in the tour. luckily there was another area to view for an extra 200yen and that was sufficient to me because nobody went that way. the lunch was good, we got the chicken. but there was also food stands we could have tried instead of prepaying for their lunch. but was not informed / offered that option. and with having to have their sit down lunch only gave some customers 15-20 minutes to view the pond. ... the third stop was shopping and that mall was amazing! super big and wished i could have stayed longer (about 90 minutes) ... i understood that we were on a time limit so i don't hold the tour accountable, just my personal wish. the bus definitely needed a good vacuuming but air worked. then the tour guid went to each customer to watch them leave a five star review, i didn't like that because of the pressure it puts on people even if they don't feel it deserves that high of stars (like me) overall the experience was not bad but wouldn't do it again and felt 4+ stars was too high of a rating.

Good price compared to other tours, however very little time spent in each spot compared to the time spent in transport and "lunch".

I can’t recommend Anna highly enough as a tour guide for our day trip to Mount Fuji from Tokyo. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also hilarious and entertaining, making the experience unforgettable. Her enthusiasm and personal touch brought the trip to life. It truly wouldn’t have been the same without her. Thank you, Anna, for a fantastic day!

This tour was amazing and they picked up on time. Our tour guide was very friendly and amaze me on how quick she could switch from English to Chinese to Korean.

I love the fact the tour guide we went with had last minute spaces available. We had a choice of shopping or hot springs however that was only 2 hours. I would have liked 3 hours. The lunch was extra we had to pay. We had the unagi was disappointing. Bland. Perhaps the ramen would have been better.

Trip was excellent and the tour guide Anna was a true entertainment with heavily knowledge on all the stuff.Anna guided us where to buy things and what to buy. That makes her different from other guide.Many thanks to her to make our day.

Most when we go to mt.fuji even though we didn't reach the top,And Selene was a good tour guide very friendly to everyone

The trip to my.Fuji went well. The bus was clean and comfortable. Our guide Anna kept us entertained , informed and engaged well with the travellers. We as customers would appreciate more detailed information abuut the trip itenary, especially about lunch arrangements and extra fee for the hot springs. Also I wasn't satisfied withe quality of the lunch we had. We were informed that there was no other restaurants nearby by but that was not so. Hope the tour company can provide more options for lunch. But overall the journey was pleasant and enjoyable.

The guide was lovely. I don't go very often on organised trips like that but I think it all went well and we saw a lot in a short space of time. Unfortunately Fuji-sanwas a bit shy on a date. However we managed to catch up a glimpse of it from the onsen beautiful cafe. The onsen was the highlight for me. Thank you.

Laner was such a sweet and competent guide. She organized everything well and always kept an eye on the time for us to be able to do all activities that were included in the booking. The places we visited were really beautiful and worth the effort as we got a taste of landscapes, nature and village life outside Tokyo. Highlight was definitely the Onsen, which Laner really helped us make the best of the experience as a tourist.

She was very nice. She made sure no one stayed behind and gave us very interesting introductions on the bus. It was relaxing not to have to worry about where to go and let her handle everything. We got a bit unlucky with the day and it was a bit cloudy, but there was a hole in the clouds that still allowed us to take good pictures. She explained the different seasons and looks of mt Fuji! The driver was also very smooth and friendly.

Erina was a great tourguide, very attentive and kind. We made the timelines eventhough there was traffic. The weather was bad and Mount Fuji wasnt visible which was a shame, but the other stops on the tour was great too, especially loved Oshino Hakkai - what a beautiful place. So thank you Erina and the busdriver for swinger us around in the mountains and bringing us home on time.

This tour to Mount Fuji and nearby onsen termal spa was awesome and Erina, the tour guide, was fantastic, ensuring everything ran smoothly and providing lots of interesting information. Too bad that because of the cloudy weather we coudn't see the mountain. The onsen spa was great experience, Erina was very organized and took care to have time for both, the onsen and the nearby otlet shopping.

I believe this is the most hassle-free way to visit Mount Fuji,and a tourist town for some tasty Japanese food, and do some shopping or enjoy a Japanese style hot spring bath. All in one day.

Our tour guide Laner is awesome.She is cheerful and always smiling. She was detail organized and also gave detailed explanations about each places. Also the journey was comfortable and well planned. I will recommend this trip to all my friends.
