I tried to cancel airport shuttle as my trip had changed but couldn't see how to do this! I purchased off your site as it promised to give refunds up to 24hrs prior I tried at 36 hours but regardless, couldn't find an avenue to do this Resulting in myself losing my money. And the shuttle company waiting for a pick up of somebody that wasn't arriving! Very poor business management
