The experience itself was really nice, but we did not like the English man guide. Was rude, made bad jokes and not properly answering to any questions that we had.

I had expected the word "sanctuary" to be more of an area where the elephants would roam free. It was rather disappointing to see them in a relatively small area, appearing to be rather confined.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Easy pick up and drop off to and from hotel. The time with the elephants was just magical!

Everything was really wonderful! Elephants are magnificent animals! We feed them in a small group of people and the guide was super friendly and responsive! Definitely recommend this place particularly for families with kids, my kids were extremely excited! We took small program and it was pretty enough for us and I sure it worths it's price Headout helped us to save around 10%, was nice

this experience was wonderful from start to finish. they picked us up promptly at the hotel and on time. When we arrived, a team was ready to welcome us with tea, coffee and something tasty. Sky guided us all day and he was so sweet and caring and he also took super beautiful photos, which you will receive later in your email. How they treat the elephants is really beautiful to see. Great and if I'm in Thailand again I will definitely do it again!

So recommend this activity. Both you and the elephants will get a lot out of this. We did the feed and shower option where you get to interact with several elephants for the afternoon where you will feed them fruit and vitamin balls which ypu mix up yourself which contains all the nutrients the elephants need. Then you get to give them a scrub and a shower which you can do again with several elephants so if there are a few in your group it's not overcrowded. Also not to worry as this is an elephant Sanctuary all the elephants have been rescued from servitude and slavery and from a life of horrible conditions, so as well as enjoying the day you can do it in the knowledge that you are helping the rescuers do more good work and hopefully rescue more elephants from harsh and cruel conditions. Nancy, Kangaroo and Mr M were wonderful and I commend them for the hard work they do and the big hearts they have to save these elephants, keep up the hard work. A**** a must do experience in Phuket.

The staff is very carefull with the elephants and they really love them. The elephants have a good life and it is not that kind of sanctuary where you ride them for fun which is appreciated. Staff very open to take you pictures, smile, help feed the animals, joke and make you have a great experience.

It was great experience. Staff Raindeer, Moon and Mr M were so gentle and supportivr during every step. We enjoyed the iverall experience

The best experience in our life!!! Our transfer was little bit late at morning but kind lady immediately apologized. When we arrived kind staff of Half day tour welcomed us and bring us to elephants. Every detail of tour was excelent and staff was so proffesional and very kind. We really liked it, it was BEST DAY!! We recommend to visit - it is MUST in PHUKET!

Absolutely amazing! Everything was honestly just incredible. Being able to feed and shower these gentle giants was a dream come true.

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin...? The driver was on time for pick up. The Sanctuary was amazing! We were engrossed from start to finish.. The whole experience was out of this world; so much care and love was shown for the Elephants... All the staff were clear speakers and joined in activities. We had a great laugh.. Then the Pad Thai meal was made and buffet enjoyed... Thank you so much to the Sanctuary members....it was a fantastic time..even for us oldies at 64/65 year old...

Amazing! Tour guide explains everything before meeting with elephants. You get 3 feeding bags (it is a lot) and during whole time there you can ask different questions. Everyone who works there is friendly and you can see that they care about elephants. You do a good job by feeding them as they need to eat a lot.

It was amazing. Everything was good, it was a good time.

Was a great experience, my only issue was some of the elephant carers were a bit rough with elephants
