Our driver Alessandro was very attentive and let us know where to take the best photos. Also suggested a best place to have lunch.

Our guides did a good job with the situation and our driver was excellent. With the traffic, that should have been expected, on the Amalfi Coast, the planned iternerary wasn't feasible and we weren't able to spend as much time in Pompeii as we would have liked and the tour was rushed.

I know that it wasn't supposed to be like that but being a group of six in a mini van was really nice. Our guide was great.
Personally I would have rather spend less time in Positano and more in Pompéi. Overall I enjoyed the trip.

Because of the weather they didn't take us to Vesuvius and didn't even explain why. They should return the equivalent to this destination

I only received half of the tour I had paid for; 6 other people didn't show up on the day so they cancelled the Amalfi Coast portion of the tour. I was advised I would receive a refund for the unused portion of the tour within 48 hours, however, I have yet to receive the funds or any correspondence related to the refund. The company was very disorganised in navigating the situation. I was told just as I arrived in Pompeii that there was a possibility that the tour would be cancelled due to the no-shows. They advised me to spend 2 hours in Pompeii then come back and they would let me know what was happening. I rushed around Pompeii, returned when asked, and was told the Amalfi coast was cancelled and that I could do it the next day. I had to decline this offer as I was leaving the next day. This is when the tour manager told me I would receive a refund for the unused portion of the tour and they would transfer me back to Naples. However, I had to wait just under 3 hours for the transfer, this time could've been used further exploring Pompeii if they had navigated the situation better.

Let me start with the positive. The 1st driver we had was great. His name was Alessawdro. He was one of the best tour guides we had on our trip and he was just a driver.
Here are the problems: 1. The location that we were told to meet was wrong. After the driver called we had to run 500-600 meters to a new pick up point. Not a good way to start the day. I see on your app you have updated the meet up point.
2. The tour we signed up for stated lunch was included. It was not. When I called your company the girl I spoke with, I belive her name was Amy, agreed that lunch was included. Your company emailed me back and stated lunch was not included.
Because of these two problems this tour was not a positive experience.
