Combo: Siena Cathedral, Museum of Brunello di Montalcino & Pienza Pass

The tickets pick up in Siena went flawless. The agent also gave me some tips on where and when to go to avoid the crowd. It worked well. For the Siena Duomo I won't speak as it can speak for all of us. It is gorgeous, spectacular and breathtaking.

Everything was very impressive. The staff in the ticket office were very friendly, but not at the entrance. The view from the tower is magnificent and worth the ticket in itself

The audioguide is (for real culture fans) an absolute must, and the lady in the ticket- pick-up shop was extremely helpfull with tips. The cathedral is be au ti full !!!

It was simple and easy to purchase the ticket online and then get it activated at the tourist Centre. The cathedral and library are highly recommended. Probably one of the most stunning cathedrals I have ever visited.

Being able to see the floor of Siena Cathedral live was a Strong Emotion especially because of the audio guide who allowed me to understand what I was seeing. Without detracting from its entire complex like the crypt and the Baptistery! The Museum then would have taken even longer! I will definitely return there! One flaw in these cases is leaving my man with the dog outside to expectorate despite the fact that we had brought the carrier where to place the dog. Because of this he was unable to share all the beauty that I saw.

Magnificent visit and fast with the pass, but you have to have internet on site because fortunately I had taken photos of my elements otherwise at the time of exchange I only visited the cathedral and not everything I had taken as a visit on the pass.

Beautiful and unmissable! The access to the full complex in one ticket was great and it was really easy to exchange. The Cathedral is unmissable and is one of the most detailed artistic enterprises I've ever seen.

The places included in the ticket are very beautiful and the tickets was easy to use. The audioguide gave very interesting information about the monuments.

The thing I liked best was the elimination of the queue and the ability to tour all the monuments with the same ticket L. Friendly and helpful staff. I would say everything was good.

When you buy it, you have to specify that it's not a ticket but a countermark for picking up your ticket at the ticket office. This counter-mark means you don't have to queue at the ticket office, which is great, but at first you're surprised and you're looking for the ticket.

The most beautiful cathedral I've ever seen. Happened to be there during one of 2 months of the year during which the inlaid floors were uncovered. I loved that the number of tourists allowed in at one time is kept to a minimum to allow you to really see everything. Phenomrnal ancient art and sculptures. Ticketing was easy to obtain online and the ticket office was located conveniently near the Cathedrsl complex to get the tickets validated.

Purchasing the tickets was easy, but we thought we were getting a ticket good for 3 days, but it was good only for 1 day. And that was the wrong date. Didn't get the audio tour either. Did save us a que.

The file for the audio guide was downloaded successfully (100%). When switching windows to the camera, the app for the audio guide was automatically closed again and you had to start again at step 1 for the audio guide. This means entering the last 5 digits of the ticket and starting the download again. After we (3 adults with different cell phone brands and operating systems) had done this several times, we continued the tour without the audio guide.
