The headphones on the bus were not ideal. The voice guide was barely understandable. The journey was rarely consistent with the language guide.

The remains are sublime and the explanations very interesting.

It was not specified that from 1 p.m. buses ran every hour instead of half an hour and only until 4 p.m.

The app to track the buses "live" to see, when they arrive, did not work at all.

HopOn-HopOff busses always good experience to see sights

Online ticket purchase was easy along with the links to the app which showed the real time location of busses. This was terrific. The bus staff however were not helpful. When we first got on and showed our digital ticket, the woman checking them acted like it was an insult to her that we weren't purchasing on the spot. Later in the day we were waiting around stop one for the next bus, I asked the attendant in uniform when the next red line bus would be, as there was no notes or indications just busses and staff sitting around. Again like my prescence itself was just to inconvenient for her she abruptly told me a time and walked over to her colleagues for a chat. The bus time she told me was for the wrong line. Clearly she didn't care. We have used the hop on hop off busses in various locations around the world, this is the first time we have encountered such staff behaviour. I should point out that the drivers we had did a great job and aren't included in my negative comments about the staff.
