Carla was an awesome guide and very knowledgeable!! However, finding the meeting location was a NIGHTMARE, and the check-in process was chaotic and pretty terrible. After running around trying to find the meet up point and then waiting 30+ minutes to check in (because of the mob of people waiting), we were very close to just leaving without going on the tour. Carla, we recommend, but the tour company, a big NO!!

Great experience visiting the sagra familia with our guide Yassir! A passionate man who knows how to captivate his audience. Concrete, with a touch of history and anecdotes, he passed on his knowledge with great pleasure. Very nice visit. I recommend Yassir if you're looking for a great cultural experience.

Our Guide was Gloria (the lady with short hairy). She was a wonderful guide and her english Is great. I appreciated the whole esperience.

An excellent experience. Our guide was incredibly friendly, informative and clearly passionate about Mr Gaudi. She added so much detail on both Parc Guell and Antoni Gaudi that we just wouldn't have picked up on if we'd simply used a guide book.

The convenience and information provided throughout the audio guide, easy to set up. Unfortunately there was no wifi connection there to set up the audio guide but once install it worked well.

The guide was very enthusiastic and informative. It was fun to listen and I've learned very interesting facts. I also liked that the tour was a bit interactive. I just wished it would went a little longer.

The guide, Marc, was brilliant and full of interesting facts. The park was obviously awesome, but the historical anecdotes of our guide brought unparalleled insight into Gaudi's ambitions for the project.

The entire ticketing process was very easy. Directions to the park were clear, and accurate. Our guide was very informative, and friendly. Guell park was well maintained, and I suggest everyone to visit it. Beautiful views of the city, and family photo opts are infinite.

On ma dit que l'autoguide que J'AI PAYÉ c'était une map. J'ai rien compris et je me suis perdu. C'est vraiment navrant et surtout vous voler les gesn avec ca je vais vous faire un retour négatif sur tout les reseaux car vous voulez pâs me remboruser. En plus, c'était plein de touriste (Je le suis moi meme) mais qui savais pas vivre qui ecrassait toute et me poussait bref trop de monde

I recommend taking the audio guide, the experience will be much more engaging with an explanation of the various monuments. Absolutely comfortable shoes, there is a lot of walking, but there are also benches where you can rest while listening to some sweet music by some of the musicians present. There is also a picnic area inside the park where you can eat and clean, well-maintained restrooms

Our tour guide was very informative and he was so nice. He deserves a raise! The park was very clean and offered amazing views of the city.

It was easy to book and to verify. The tour guide was excellent. Supremely qualified and made the whole experience memorable and he answers all questions. We had a really great time. The hour flew by.

Loved visiting the park, but the guide did not add much to the experience. He shared a few facts but left most of the time for exploring on our own. We finished the tour at a different location from where we started and he did not explain how to find our way back or to transport options. As a result we wandered around lost for half an hour.

Diana was so knowledgeable and helpful. Park Güell was so beautiful! Definitely book this for your Barcelona sight seeing!

It was so fun. The green areas and the tiled areas. Wandering through the little houses. We went early, so it wasn't super crowded which was nice.

The friendliness of the guide, the ease of communication, the route. I thought the price was too high. 68€ for an adult and a child...

Everything worked flawless. Ticket booking, where to go, person was easily found having the ambrella of orginizer. Maybe some don't read the instructions of entry and having also some headout sign would help. Understand that the guide has other companies to serve as well...
