From Tokyo: Mt Fuji Area, Lake Ashi, Hakone Ropeway, Owakudani Valley & Oshino Hakkai Guided Day Tour

The tour was delayed from the initial departure, we hit some traffic on the way to the volcano and part of the tour was ruined. We missed a temple due to the guide's lack of time and disorganization. He got lost in the places and didn't know exactly where to find the tour bus. His English was confusing and all the tourists were also confused about the times and meeting points. All in all, the tour itself and the places visited were very beautiful. But it's a tour I highly recommend!

there was a confusion with our booking, the name was not on any of the lists, and in the confusion and chaos of the meeting point nobody was helping us, some of the guides even ignored us, except Sawaki. he helped to contact us with the company, and when even they were not able to sort the isue out he offered to change our reservation to his group. he really saved the day for us, he was extreemly kind, very informative and professional, and gave us an amazong daytrip to Mt Fuji. the programmes were great, everything was on time, but Sawaki really stood out with his kindness. He is one of those people whom one might never meet again, but shall always remember.

Tom was a fantastic tour guide. He explained the sites thoroughly. Most importantly, he told us every spot on the way. Mt. Fuji was covered by heavy clouds when we arrived, but we were glad that we captured Mt. Fuji on the bus ride because of Tom. The driver was also friendly.

The experience was incredible, we saw my fugi from afar from inside the boat, we went to a volcano and saw some lakes with the best water in the world! The guide was also very attentive, great with timetables and special requests.

Our tour guide, mr. David Miyata, made the tour really fun, informative and worth the money. The wheather wasn't great but we still had a good time! Would book again and Mr. Miyata deserves a raise!

The experience was really great, if you could choose your guide don't doubt and choose Jack, he was an excellent guide gave to us history and various fun facts. And also he made the trip funny with different interactions, he always answer you questions. You really have to take this experience.

Simply magnificent day The guide was very professional and helpful we had multiple stops around Mount Fuji viewing point . We met at 8:00am in Central Tokyo and returned to the hotel @20:00pm Truly a full day packed with hand pic stopped which gives you enough time to explore around the place the day has flown by but the memories will cherish forever Thank you 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵

What can I say? First of all, our guide made us fall in love with him, he was amazing, entertaining, happy, funny and in general nice person. Our group was quite small so he could pay attention to everyone. We really enjoyed the places we were visiting, it was unbelievable experience! I definitely recommend !

I would have liked a bit more history surrounding the places we visited. It was supposed to include tales of samurai or more facts. It felt a bit rushed. Other than that it was very good

The driver was really nice and excellent, Kudos to him and of course the trip alltogether was awesome, great value for money

Our guide Lee was excellent and professional. We felt very comfortable in his care during our trip. Lee also was very responsive with keeping in touch with us through text throughout the trip. We had a rude encounter with a Gogoday representative while looking for Lee. When asked what her name was, she rudely replied that I don't need to know her name and just look at her sheet for my name on her list. There was english and foreign language on the list which did not make it easy to read. When asked politely for her name again to see if it was Lee, she yelled 'You don't need to know my name! It would make it easier if all representatives wear name tags for identification. We waited 45 minutes in the car while in line to Owakudani which we didn't anticipate. This experience was tiring. We did love the onsen, but there were too many people at one time which lessened the experience. The information provided was very clear which allowed us to find the meeting point on time. I would recommend this tour, but will caution future attendees about the waiting time to Owakudani. Thank you

The package schedule and time given for each stopping point are good enough for me to explore the places. My guide Danny Tian is very helpful and he make sure everyone knows the meeting point and given me a text message whether I am ok or lost my ways. And values for money. But on the way back to Tokyo

The meeting point was chaos had to ask several reps before finding the right one. None I asked was any help. A little more information during the drive would have helped.

It was an awesome experience. Our guide Mr. Davidmiyata explained us with many info and made the tour more enjoyable.

Louis was a knowledgable and well organised guide who made everyone feel welcomed.

The guide was pretty helpful, too bad it was a bit xloudy and we didn't get a view of Mt. Fuji
