I didn't quite understand how the ticketing system worked, this wasn't an issue with Headout I just couldn't wrap my head around it. When I called into their support they provided amazing service and did everything they could to help me out and ended up sending me all my tickets individually

Nothing, the tickets did not arrive, for two days we communicated all the time, and they told us to wait 30 minutes more, so we had to wait for two days. We told them that we were going to buy another tour, because it was the day we had to do it and we could not wait. They told us to buy another tour and send them the pictures so we could get our money back. Two hours after we started the tour we bought, the tickets arrived.

You have cheated us. You have not sent me the tickets. You cheater! You will not get a place in hell! Cheater! You have not sent the tickets or voucher. I have checked my email, spambox, everything. You and your team will be damned.

I didn't get tickets but only a voucher with which I can't get anywhere. every time they enter they want a QR code and a voucher number. this is a scam from you and I will complain
