We, along with our two small kids, visited the place twice but unfortunately couldn't take a ride in the balloon. The first time, they stopped flights just as we were in a taxi heading there. The second time, the next day, we were in line waiting to board when they announced that the balloon was full, despite there being only 10 people instead of 30. Subsequently, the next flight was canceled due to wind. It felt like the opportunity was snatched away from us, and my children were very disappointed. We left Paris without experiencing it. I would greatly appreciate a refund for the tickets.

The balloon could not take off due to bad weather. We were therefore unable to use the tickets. Please refund the price of the tickets, as we could not use them through no fault of our own.
