The museum was impressive: we appreciated the fantastic collection. Very bad for us was the limited number of sanitary facilities, and also very hard to find. We were very satisfied and tired after the visit.

An amazingly beautiful building. Luckily ordered tickets online. There was a very long line of people to go in. We could walk right through 😁

My experience was excellent. The exhibition, the number of people, the order of the visit. The price is totally in line with what is offered.

Pre-booking meant we could plan our days, no long queue to get in and very easy to have our e-tickets in the app. Especially, great as the queue for buying at the Royal Palace was huge. Prado Museum flexible tickets were very convenient for day and time to visit. Very happy.

The museum is very carefully curated and the works of art are magnificent. I was unable to use the audio guide app inside the museum as there was no stable 5G cell phone signal inside the museum.

If you like paintings, especially if you like paintings with the religious motives, that is the place for you. But it is not like Louvre or the British Museum. It is more like a giant paintings gallery.

We went on our own with my wife and we were amazed with the exhibitions. We are from Chile and we return to our country with the pleasure of having seen in person a lot of our favorite works.

Beautiful exhibition, it would have been nice to be able to follow the description of more paintings, the 'app worked fine on my phone but not on my daughter and my partner's, with whom I shared the guide. So unfortunately we had to listen to the 'audio guide all from one device. It was convenient to be able to buy tickets in advance and skip the long line to enter the museum.

Personnel provided excellent service but when they will be named bus stops in English also, will be better. Additionally, I would like to recommend make some tour bus stops more visible from the distance, espesially on the Green Line.

We love the hop-on hop-off feature to see whatever we want and get back on the bus anytime. Purchase tickets was easy online on my cell phone. I highly recommend it if you're trying to get familiar with a new city. After our visit on the bus, we went back and revisited places more in depth. I highly recommend they hop on hop off bus experience

I found audio giuda interesting for those who have 1h time as in our case. One sees and understands 10 works instead of spinning around like spinning tops maybe with the guide in hand. Maybe they should divesify the authors chosen !

Great group tour. It would have been Excellent if it would be slowed down a bit. It went pretty fast and there was a ton of people. The tour guide said he had never seen it that busy. Our tour guide was Florine and he was very knowledgeable and spoke good English. Would recommend this tour and suggest you do the Prado Museum first to see Goya's art collection, if you have the time.

Great venue and loved the palace tour. All signs were in both Spanish and English and the audio guides were worth the small additional charge. An amazing place to see and learn about. Bus tour was ok, although a number of headphone ports on some of the buses weren't working so no commentary. Got us where we needed and enjoyed seeing the city that way.

The best way to get an overview of the city and see what you might want to see a second time. On the other hand, as already mentioned elsewhere, the marking of the boarding stations could be improved.

Impressive to be surrounded by so many works of art and pieces of history. Very clean and well kept. On the other hand, the order of the rooms is chaotic, and it is easy to get lost or leave rooms to visit without a floor plan. There were several groups with children who were very noisy, and that took some of the shine off the visit.

The reason for the trip was to visit the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. We rode the "City Bus" several times on both circuits and then visited the one we found most interesting. We were only supposed to stay in Madrid for two days and then go on to Barcelona, but we ended up staying for five days and didn't manage to visit everything because Mardrid "Cerra a las 22:00h". On the last day we went to visit the Civitas Metropolitano stadium by metro, where we received a phone call telling us that the hotel in the center of Salamanca was closing at 10pm. As we arrived at 10:30pm and despite having been warned, we banged our noses on the door and the receptionist said she couldn't wait a minute. The receptionist at the Hotel Ponte Romano **** (ele hoteles) helped us, and I asked him if we could stay one night. He adapted a room for 2 adults to 2 +1, which allowed us to stay in "una habitacion" on the 3rd floor, where we were bedridden like gods. Until next time! We still have 3 trips on the Madrid intermodal to spend.

Loved the fact that we jumped the queue with our tickets because the queue was huge! Amazing!! And the Royal Palace was just jawdropping. Can't wait to do it all again!!

I appreciated the opportunity to view the museum at my own pace and without feeling cramped. I thought the single Picasso was odd among the classical paintings (I didn't use the audio so that may have been described). I had a few things I prioritized seeing so when I got there those rooms were mostly empty. Good experience overall.

Our second visit was even better than the first as we picked what to see and took in special limited time ones. Brilliant museum that caters so well to people with disabilities.

The place is magical... it has an impressive positive energy, so many geniuses of painting have passed through this place. So many years of housing jewels of painting make this place an exceptional place. I for my part fulfilled a dream to see Las Meninas by Velázquez.
