Purchasing tickets was a breeze. I would take the three museum option when booking your tickets. The Prado was great but you couldn't take photos. Other two were an incredible surprise. Must see!

Personnel provided excellent service but when they will be named bus stops in English also, will be better. Additionally, I would like to recommend make some tour bus stops more visible from the distance, espesially on the Green Line.

We love the hop-on hop-off feature to see whatever we want and get back on the bus anytime. Purchase tickets was easy online on my cell phone. I highly recommend it if you're trying to get familiar with a new city. After our visit on the bus, we went back and revisited places more in depth. I highly recommend they hop on hop off bus experience

Great venue and loved the palace tour. All signs were in both Spanish and English and the audio guides were worth the small additional charge. An amazing place to see and learn about. Bus tour was ok, although a number of headphone ports on some of the buses weren't working so no commentary. Got us where we needed and enjoyed seeing the city that way.

The best way to get an overview of the city and see what you might want to see a second time. On the other hand, as already mentioned elsewhere, the marking of the boarding stations could be improved.

The reason for the trip was to visit the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. We rode the "City Bus" several times on both circuits and then visited the one we found most interesting. We were only supposed to stay in Madrid for two days and then go on to Barcelona, but we ended up staying for five days and didn't manage to visit everything because Mardrid "Cerra a las 22:00h". On the last day we went to visit the Civitas Metropolitano stadium by metro, where we received a phone call telling us that the hotel in the center of Salamanca was closing at 10pm. As we arrived at 10:30pm and despite having been warned, we banged our noses on the door and the receptionist said she couldn't wait a minute. The receptionist at the Hotel Ponte Romano **** (ele hoteles) helped us, and I asked him if we could stay one night. He adapted a room for 2 adults to 2 +1, which allowed us to stay in "una habitacion" on the 3rd floor, where we were bedridden like gods. Until next time! We still have 3 trips on the Madrid intermodal to spend.

Loved the fact that we jumped the queue with our tickets because the queue was huge! Amazing!! And the Royal Palace was just jawdropping. Can't wait to do it all again!!

The service worked very well; in each museum I only had to show the QR of my ticket and they gave you the ticket; I went in July and there were almost no lines, likewise, I consulted each worker before starting a line to know where to redeem the ticket. It is advisable to take a screenshot of the QR because sometimes it is hard to load the app in a hurry and.... the only detail I can say is that it is VERY tiring to visit three museums in one day but it is very rewarding. I recommend starting early, as soon as the Reina Sofia opens, around 12hrs have some lunch and go to the Museo del Padro, as it is the largest and where you will probably spend the whole afternoon; and around 5 go to the Thyssen which is usually the smallest and least visited.

We see many interesting points of the city. Sometimes the audio guide describes something, but you're not quite there. It does, however, give us some interesting historical information.

Was able to see a lot, too bad with that nice sun people wanted the roof closed. Whole reason you take that bus is the open roof.

So easy and a very relaxing overview of the wonderful city of Madrid! We took the full loop then used the bus to make on/off stops around town. Thank you!

Got the pass for Reina Sophia, Prado and Thssyen Bornemisza. We'll worth it, no lines. All 3 museums are must-see, no matter your tastes. TB was just room after room after room of gorgeous stuff that you haven't seen a million times, just amazing.

The signs outside wern't very clear (we had pre booked) but the staff outside were extremely helpful. The art collection is AWESOME!
