The concept of discovering the city is very good, the principle of going down and coming back up later is great, the price is a little too expensive!

We had booked a tour in French and got an English guide. Our 11-year-old son paid and understood nothing.

We were all very enthusiastic despite the light rain. It was especially great that we could change to the other bus to see the other side of Barcelona.

Easily and quickly was able to arrange tickets for the hop on hop off bus. Tickets were in my mail box within seconds. I booked for several people, and it was very nice that I only got one QR code and could have it scanned.

In addition to the undoubtedly splendid basilica, our guide made the difference, good and clear in explaining and engaging

It was very convenient to buy tickets from home, you have the possibility to choose the tickets that fit best. I saved money and time, it was better for my planning🙂

Hop on / hop off bus is great! It's a pity the tour ends at 7 p.m. A later time would have allowed us to enjoy the 24 hours at night. Blankets for the upper seats would be ideal!

Guide was informative, but would have been better with the speaker. Guide decided to skip using the speaker, which made it quite difficult to follow the story in a crowded atmosphere.

Good choice to use the tourist bus. We ticketed for two days and visited the city on both lines, green and orange. Got on and off several times . Recommended 😊

The truth is that everything was perfect but they give "priorities" to the tourists even if we were already there waiting before them !

We were at the required location for 11.45am as instructed . By 12.10 pm no one had turned up. We called the number on the ticket and were told there was some mixup. Our guide then turned up about 12.20 and apoligised . Saying the office had caused the problem . Once it started the guide was good. There was no audio guide .

Being able to hop on hop off at so many places. Fantastic two hour round trip. Go early if you can - the bus fills up. Although I was there on a Saturday on a long weekend!! Haha.

The tours are very nice and you can get an overview of this beautiful city. However, too few buses for too many guests on Sundays.

The Basilica is amazing and I'm so very glad to have had the opportunity to see it. It was a bit difficult finding our guide, it would be better if we were told to look out for a lady with a green umbrella

the double route covers the whole city without any problems, we took advantage of using the bus both in sunlight and when it was dark, too bad the Christmas lights were not yet on

I bought my ticket at the hotel. When I got to the Plaça de Catalunya to meet the tour bus, I was told the buses were on strike. I went back to the hotel and asked for credit., then walked to the waterfront for lunch where I saw a city tour bus stop. I downloaded the app, bought another ticket , and got on the next bus. The attendant shrugged when I asked about the strike. The tour was interesting but crowded, I got off at the Sagrada Familia and had to wait through two buses to get back on and finish the tour. I would've been interested in exploring other stops but couldn't afford the time to get off. The audio was helpful.

It was a fun and easy way to get around Barcelona and see all the sites. They were disappointed that many of the headphones stations did not work. Barcelona is a beautiful city and very fun to visit!
