The whole palace was a "madness". The "palace band" in particular was an absolute hit. It's not easy to see such a great "chapel". Buying the ticket and getting in (we were at the entrance about 1/2 hour early and were let in without any problems!) was absolutely stress-free and pleasant. It was a highlight of our trip to Madrid. I will be going there again with my wife !!!!

The architecture of the palace is magnificent, it's the best palace I've seen. i'm not much of a museum lover, but the prado attracted me too much. I won't hesitate to visit again if I get the chance. to be recommended

A little difficult to find the entrance, but the overall tour was nice. We didn't have a guide so we explored the palace on our own, which was pretty okay, i think you will only need an audio guide if you wanna learn more.

We visited the Royal Palace on 31/10. I highly recommend taking the queue-cutting tickets, which saved us a huge queue. We took an audio guide which really helped us understand the tour. A very pleasant visit.

We did indeed skip a long queue by buying tickets online, and the palace is undoubtedly beautiful, however I think it is relevant to mention that the Palace has no air conditioning, which makes the experience, inside the rooms, unbearable to say the least, my family and I were sweltering in the middle of autumn.

Personnel provided excellent service but when they will be named bus stops in English also, will be better. Additionally, I would like to recommend make some tour bus stops more visible from the distance, espesially on the Green Line.

We love the hop-on hop-off feature to see whatever we want and get back on the bus anytime. Purchase tickets was easy online on my cell phone. I highly recommend it if you're trying to get familiar with a new city. After our visit on the bus, we went back and revisited places more in depth. I highly recommend they hop on hop off bus experience

Overall we were very happy with the whole experience. The skip the line meant we were in the MUCH smaller line. Didn't take long to get in. We were a little unclear as to where our correct entrance was but we got it. The Palace was amazing. We would recommend using Headout and visiting the Royal Palace.

Great venue and loved the palace tour. All signs were in both Spanish and English and the audio guides were worth the small additional charge. An amazing place to see and learn about. Bus tour was ok, although a number of headphone ports on some of the buses weren't working so no commentary. Got us where we needed and enjoyed seeing the city that way.

The process of buying a ticket is simple and there is no need to print it out. The palace is very beautiful and huge. If you are in Madrid, don't miss it!

I visited the palace second time was astonished like the first one. The great thing was that we were allowed to take some photos. The only dissapointment was that the armour museum was closed. Would be great to see it again.

We went to the beautiful and breathtaking King's Palace in Madrid . Stunning!! There was a line up for for people WITHOUT tickets, that was easily 60 people deep. My Mother and I went right up to our entry ( people WITH tickets). Absolutely NO LINE up. We just walked right in. She is 89 years old, this was the BEST experience for us. Thank you so much.

The best way to get an overview of the city and see what you might want to see a second time. On the other hand, as already mentioned elsewhere, the marking of the boarding stations could be improved.

I bought the ticket in less than two minutes while I was still in the hotel, half an hour before the time and avoided a huge queue in the blazing sun! I loved it. The palace is also well worth a visit and I couldn't have been more pleased!

The reason for the trip was to visit the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. We rode the "City Bus" several times on both circuits and then visited the one we found most interesting. We were only supposed to stay in Madrid for two days and then go on to Barcelona, but we ended up staying for five days and didn't manage to visit everything because Mardrid "Cerra a las 22:00h". On the last day we went to visit the Civitas Metropolitano stadium by metro, where we received a phone call telling us that the hotel in the center of Salamanca was closing at 10pm. As we arrived at 10:30pm and despite having been warned, we banged our noses on the door and the receptionist said she couldn't wait a minute. The receptionist at the Hotel Ponte Romano **** (ele hoteles) helped us, and I asked him if we could stay one night. He adapted a room for 2 adults to 2 +1, which allowed us to stay in "una habitacion" on the 3rd floor, where we were bedridden like gods. Until next time! We still have 3 trips on the Madrid intermodal to spend.

Impressive palace, rich and very well preserved. By ticketing online we skipped an endless line. Audio guide also in Italian language!

We totally loved our tour at the Royal Palace of Madrid. The Palace was very breathtaking and photogenic and we enjoyed every minute. The only point i would recommend they should work on is the air conditioning as it was very hot while taking the tour, beside that everything was great and the tickets booking with headout was very easy and convenient.

The palace is a must-see, a great experience, not very crowded in the mornings in August. However, the queue cutter avoids a good half-hour wait...also a must-see panorama at sunset...

The place is beautiful, it takes you back in time. There are fantastic rooms with high-tech decoration for the period (decoration of the room with ceramics, sculptures in different materials, furniture without nailing and great modeled wood). But sorry to say: there is poor organization in where you need to go, especially where the main entrance is, only when you find the entrance and enter do you realize that there are two rows and that you are probably in the wrong one

Loved the fact that we jumped the queue with our tickets because the queue was huge! Amazing!! And the Royal Palace was just jawdropping. Can't wait to do it all again!!
