Big Bus: Paris Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour + Seine River Cruise

I had the chance to visit many important places in one day, so that was great! They need to improve the attention on clients, many of us had no idea of where we are since it is our first time in the city or country.

It was so easy to get on and off. The drivers and guides were super helpful even let us wait on a parked bus to get out of the cold and rain until the other bus came.

Spent so much time looking for big bus staff by the Eiffel Tower that we just missed the cruise. We were only there for the day so couldn't afford to spend another 45 minutes waiting for the next one. When we did find the big bus staff (2 of them standing in the side of the road - no ticket office or boards to make them visible) they printed off tickets for the bus and cruise. The bus driver at the Louvre wouldn't let us use the ticket on the app for access and by this time we'd managed to lose the the tiny paper ticket we were given. Booking online didn't make for an easier experience at all. Another point to note, the buses don't stop for any length of time. We saw one coming, crossed the road and it had gone. Wasting more time we didn't have. As it turned out, we wouldn't have been allowed access anyway as they wouldn't accept the online ticket. I assume this was because the ticket had been printed but not sure. So we ended up getting a taxi having waited 15 Minutes for the next one. Very disappointing and badly organised. Poor instructions and expensive for what we got/didn't get.

Bus tour was really good, took us everywhere we wanted to go and plenty of time to get off and on! Only issue we had was Seine was too high for boat tour to go out so missed what we thought would be the best bit. There was no notification to say it had been cancelled so we travelled to the Eiffel Tower, found boat, no signs saying it had cancelled and then had to find a big red bus for them to tell us we needed to email re a refund, wasted our last morning in Paris😡

The bus tour is very practical both for the number of stops and the information provided in several languages, and the correct frequency of the buses.

We recently visted the city of love on the hop on hop off bus to enjoy the city.It was a amazing experience to see all the beautifull buildings and attractions.The bus stoped at all the best attractions .The bus also had auto guide that gave us background of the history of the iconic landmarks.The Seine River cruise was very special for me and my wife. I will recommand the hop on hop off bus to any one person who wants to see Paris. We will be back again!!

The cruise was amazing, best time around 6:00 they line up was huge but it moved very quickly. The bus was ok, I had a stroller and found it was not very accessible or confortable.

Ease of locations, information, bus was not over full. Availability of buses. Bus needs a drain for the heavy showers as water wishes up and back.

Easy to use and busses every few minutes so no long wait at any stop. Got to see much more than I would have without the hop on hop off.

Fantastic bus and boat tour combination. Took in all the sites, great frequency of buses, excellent narration on whats around, careful drivers and just generally a great experience. Highly recommend this tour, and if I am lucky enough to go back to Paris, I would do the bus tour again.

Bus frequency and coverage was good. Only thing that was bit disappointing was that routes in their app were slightly different than actual ones (not sure if that's due to Olympics or whether it's just outdated info in their app) so tracking buses in real-time was bit misleading. Also they should consider informing guests that Louvre museum is closed every Tuesday so that people can plan accordingly. Other than those trivial things it was awesome experience.

In the ticket reservation it says that the tour goes on until 7 p.m. Instead on site the buses only run until 5:30 p.m./6 p.m. so they give you a hard time. In fact we had to get off at a different stop from the one on my itenerary that I had planned to make if it went on until 7 p.m.

We reallly enjoyed the bus tour. We wish we would have been give y he boat tickets at the same time as the bus tickets. It would have saved a lot of hassle.

We loved the bus- plenty of availability and great way to see the city. The cruise was disappointing due to obstructed viewing- no top level panoramic option.

Great experience mainly sadly though the important video guide did not work or. Was jumping lots not playing correctly for 50% of. The tour sadly. It seemed like we were on an older bus maybe this was the problem

Tried this 4 years before and trust me its the same wat it was in past Upto the mark .. Definitely recommend

Plenty of buses in Paris and the commentary was interesting, given in a fun way.
