Big Bus: Paris Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour + Seine River Cruise

Spent so much time looking for big bus staff by the Eiffel Tower that we just missed the cruise. We were only there for the day so couldn't afford to spend another 45 minutes waiting for the next one. When we did find the big bus staff (2 of them standing in the side of the road - no ticket office or boards to make them visible) they printed off tickets for the bus and cruise. The bus driver at the Louvre wouldn't let us use the ticket on the app for access and by this time we'd managed to lose the the tiny paper ticket we were given. Booking online didn't make for an easier experience at all. Another point to note, the buses don't stop for any length of time. We saw one coming, crossed the road and it had gone. Wasting more time we didn't have. As it turned out, we wouldn't have been allowed access anyway as they wouldn't accept the online ticket. I assume this was because the ticket had been printed but not sure. So we ended up getting a taxi having waited 15 Minutes for the next one. Very disappointing and badly organised. Poor instructions and expensive for what we got/didn't get.

Everything went very well and the staff were very friendly.

Tried this 4 years before and trust me its the same wat it was in past Upto the mark .. Definitely recommend

I accidentally bought tickets on the 18th when I arrive in Paris only on the 21st,I contacted support and they wouldn't change the date of the reservation from after I paid 114 euros,they only refunded me 28 euros.A real shame...po happen to everyone to make a mistake and I didn't mica ask for a refund but only a change of date...a crap...

Bad Experience with workers of the enterprise, bad mood,! I bought in line and the people of the bus send me to the office, the code QR does not work for Nothing ! And much more issues
