Combo: 2Day Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Granada + Alhambra & Nasrid Palace Skip-the-Line Tickets

It was an unforgettable experience. However, we didn't quite realize that the time we had booked related to access to the Nasrid Palaces. We had a bit of trouble at the access control, but were allowed in after all.

Buying tickets was very easy. The site, which has other attractions, has confusing signage. The surprise was that you had to show your passport to get in. Luckily we had ours with us. Thank you.

The Alhambra is uniquely beautiful. We had a guide, which I would recommend to anyone. You understand the background better and can immerse yourself wonderfully in this time.

The attraction itself was magnificent, well organised with ample toilets and water fountains. Despite the crowds it has a peaceful ambiance. I would highly recommend the attraction and your service.

The Alhambra was spectacular. We really enjoyed all the different areas of the grounds and the various buildings. There are some stunning, peaceful gardens with beautiful water features and then our favourites, the Nazrin Palaces - full of intricate patterns; carvings and tiles everywhere you look. Lots of wow moments to experience as you walk round. It was not too busy, despite being peak Summer and the ticketing experience was smooth and effortless.

Very good visit, a beautiful place to know for its culture, the preserved and what can be transmitted to visitors of part of the history of the place.

Everything was well organized. With easy acces to all points and navigation. Hosts were wery kind and resourceful.

Visiting this World Heritage Site was a unique experience

It is still a great experience to walk through the little we have left of these great Moorish wonders.

It is a great monument not to be missed

It is a beautiful place. Very hot, but it is full of fountains to drink and cool off.

In the morning, the system appears to be chaotic. I waited at stop no 9 from 10.15 until 10.50 before a train appeared, not the expected 20 to 30 minute frequency advertised. And then the train spent 15 minutes at stop no 9 while the driver processed all the tickets for a long queue of waiting people. So at the next stop, people there have been waiting even longer, and so it gets worse! You need more trains earlier in the day while everyone wishes to be on the move. The audio recording has too much music and not enough content. There is a brief comment between stops about one building, and that's generally all, then music. More information would be welcome!

There was really bad signs throughout the entire establishment, it was hard to figure out where to go and where to start... :/

Sehr lohnenswerter Besuch der Alhambra. Eine interessante und schöne Kulturstätte. Das Skip-the-line hat leider nicht geklappt. Trotz korrektem Zeitfenster musste man in der Schlange 15min anstehen.

At the beginning there were an incredible number of guided groups around us, which didn't add to the magic of the place. There were simply too many people and groups! That's why we couldn't really enjoy this great place.

The Alhambra was fantastic. A reminder a day in advance that you need to bring your id card/passport would have been welcome. We forgot and spent two hours going up and down.... Were helped wonderfully at the Alhambra by the staff though.

I have to put a check mark above or I can't continue, but that's not right!!! Al Hambra is very well known and named as that must haves seen and therefore our expectations were perhaps too high. The found the gardens beautiful, but the palace and Alcazaba were a bit disappointing from what we expected. Nevertheless, we spent half a day in the grounds.

The method of booking made it easy for us to enter everywhere with our passport.
