Easily and quickly was able to arrange tickets for the hop on hop off bus. Tickets were in my mail box within seconds. I booked for several people, and it was very nice that I only got one QR code and could have it scanned.

Hop on / hop off bus is great! It's a pity the tour ends at 7 p.m. A later time would have allowed us to enjoy the 24 hours at night. Blankets for the upper seats would be ideal!

Being able to hop on hop off at so many places. Fantastic two hour round trip. Go early if you can - the bus fills up. Although I was there on a Saturday on a long weekend!! Haha.

the double route covers the whole city without any problems, we took advantage of using the bus both in sunlight and when it was dark, too bad the Christmas lights were not yet on

I bought my ticket at the hotel. When I got to the Plaça de Catalunya to meet the tour bus, I was told the buses were on strike. I went back to the hotel and asked for credit., then walked to the waterfront for lunch where I saw a city tour bus stop. I downloaded the app, bought another ticket , and got on the next bus. The attendant shrugged when I asked about the strike. The tour was interesting but crowded, I got off at the Sagrada Familia and had to wait through two buses to get back on and finish the tour. I would've been interested in exploring other stops but couldn't afford the time to get off. The audio was helpful.

It was a fun and easy way to get around Barcelona and see all the sites. They were disappointed that many of the headphones stations did not work. Barcelona is a beautiful city and very fun to visit!

The buses are very clean, very nice route. Unfortunately you are not informed if the bus is canceled due to weather. I waited for hours for a bus, none showed up. No information was put online, but otherwise great! Thank you for the wonderful experience 😍

Very good. We were only in Barcelona for one day, we managed to take the orange and green lines, and in one day we saw all the main tourist sites. Well worth it.

Very good routes, the green one was very popular and people did not get off (probably because of the church of the Holy Family), we managed to get on and do the whole route, very good tourist spots, very friendly and helpful people. Leaving the 2nd stop of both the red and the green route, is the Picasso museum, a must!!!!

Booking went well, but unfortunately the location was not clear, had to walk around the site twice until we found the right Budue.

Too many lines and waiting time at stops. The guidebook is comprehensive but if you don't get a seat on the upper level you can't follow the explanation and see very little.

Super organized, good route and with the app it is always easy to see where the buses are and when the next buses will arrive at the current station.

On the first tour, many seats were without audio. This was not announced and because the bus was fully booked, there was no alternative. The guide knew about this and only reacted unkindly by telling us to change buses. Something like this must be marked and actively communicated when boarding. It is very expensive for three people to pass several stops without the information for which you have actually paid.

I have used the hop-on-hop-off bus 5x times. 1) in all of buses were a lot of plugs for earphones faulty - it was necessary to find another seat, sometimes there was no left seat with functional plug for the audio guide 2) one bus broke down, we were waiting for another one too much coincidences...

We managed to see whole of Barcelona using both routes which was amazing, especially the orange route when it goes up to stop 9 has beautiful scenery of Barcelona. The only drawback is when they say 24 hours it isn't really 24 hours as last bus is at 7
