We loved how good and friendly staff and security were and the pods were spotless clean and checked after each exit of people .it was very well organised we had the best experience

As expected the view is incredible (even though it was raining). Don't go if you are afraid of heights you can get a little light headed easily. The working team was nice and welcoming. We even went back at night to see its decorations !

It was great and at the agreed time and day and much better value for money. The only problem was that the day was cloudy, but well...that's London at its best!!!

Very quick admission even though lots of other guests at the attrachtion. Clean cabin, not overly crowded. Besided that a sufficient and clean number of restrooms for the guests at the tourist center across the street. Great experience we would not have liked to miss.

It was great, the e-tickets allowed us to go directly to the line. The views from the London Eye are amazing, it is very interesting to see the city from another angle.

Hello, After having booked the tickets for the London Eyes, I recommend the experience, but I find that the ticket remains expensive for just 30min of wheel, even if the sight from the top of this one remains impregnable. I would recommend this activity, especially at night.

The process was so smooth that we almost couldn't believe it. We had pre-ordered tickets but there wasn't a long queue. Maybe 5 minutes waiting time. We were there during the week and the weather was medium. It is barrier-free and the staff put ramps in front of the gondolas so that nothing can happen. Can only be recommended

1st time in London & on The Eye was great . The que moved quickly . Super smooth ride, plenty of space to walk around the pod to see the site's and take photos . ( pity the weather wasn't better)

My daughter and I went to London for a short trip and this was on our list of things to do. Amazing 360° view! The timing was perfect. You have 30 minutes to enjoy this experience and we found it to be not too long and not too short. Staff was friendly and while the lines appear long, they move quickly and efficiently!

- Buying the ticket online just 45 minutes before our journey went really well. - The waiting time was very short although the queue was quite long at first glance. - The gondola was big enough for the number of passengers. Everyone was considerate of each other in order to enjoy the best views. - We were very lucky with the weather: with only light cloud cover and plenty of sunshine, we had a great view over London. - Unfortunately, the announcements about "highlights" were only in English. Perhaps captions could help.

Having brought fast ticket, the sun was at least shining at the beginning until the storm hit. The pods were not packed and had plenty of room to move about.

Booking was very easy. The. The best thing is the view from the top. I think it should be more economical. For the Spanish speaking people There should be a person who knows some Spanish.

London Eye at sunset was spectacular! Used fast track and avoided the long lines. Highly recommend as it moves slowly and does not rock. There is a bench in the middle if you need to sit or you can freely walk around the capsule for different views.

When I booked the tickets were from £32 with a promised discount for a first purchase with the code EYE5 of £5 so £27 per ticket, I took 4 which normally makes £108 in total! Surprise 🙃 when I picked up the tickets the price went up to £42 each and the promotion code was invalid👎 So I paid £168...Very bad surprise,is'nt it! A little bit expensive for half an hour! Apart from that, it's very exciting
