Combo (Save 19%): Heathrow Express Transfers + London Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

There was no guide in the bus. When I asked the driver about where to get down to go to Thames river, I was not able to understand what he said So I asked him a second time and he spoke very rudely to me, and spoke bad about my culture.

We thoroughly enjoyed the royal walk our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining! The Thames river cruise was equally as amazing the commentary was great! We bought tickets for the 48 hour hop on hop off, it was a great way to see all the sights.

After baggage claim at terminal 4, the route to the Heathrow express is well signposted. We're directed to a free shuttle (I presented my Heathrow express ticket at a kiosk) which takes us to Terminal 2. We get off and stay on the same platform (very convenient) to catch the Heathrow express. In exactly 15 minutes we arrive at Paddington station. Internet connection available.

I loved the routes and all the sights we were taken to and near. It was great how often it was possible to catch a bus. However the commentary could have been improved. It seemed that there was a lot of pop culture trivia (which famous people had lived where or visited, etc) but I would have appreciated more history. We also drove by lots of interesting buildings that we didn't hear anything about. I would have appreciated more overall information about what we were seeing around us--how old buildings were and what they are used for, etc.

The Heathrow express was much more convenient than the underground that we took back to the airport. The hop on hop off was a great overview tour and we were able to use it as transportation between areas we wanted to visit. We had trouble with the ticketing experience and it took several chats and calls to finally get it sorted out at the last minute

We waited over 30 minutes at stop 21 and no bus. Trief support and AI did not help. Then walked to stop 20 on way home to stop 32. Bus at stop 20 said yes he was going to 32. At Marble Arch entire bus told to get off and wait for next bus. No clear communication to which run next bus was. Badly handled.

The staff were very helpful and engaging. Buses regular and on time. Guide commentaries informative and sometimes hilarious especially on the Thames cruise. The music played rather dull and needs to be more modern and contemporary. Great wxperience altogether.

This was my third time to London but my first time with my 15 year old so. The first day we took the route and only got off for lunch at the ritz… booked in advance., and a bit of shopping. We made a plan of what to see the following day which was great! Additionally, we bought tickets to see the Tower of London and took the option to have the one way boat ride back. We also did the London Eye on a beautiful day. If it is not, I wouldn't do it. Overall, a fabulous experience.

The automated tour guide was informative and entertaining. We really enjoyed it. The number of stops made it very easy to see a lot of sites and walk to several others. Will definitely use again.

The buses were great to get around and see the sights. Some of the bus drivers were very nice, others were just drivers and the customer service could use improvements. Overall happy with service.

We had an amazing day getting a great overview of all the main London attractions we wanted to see. It was easy to locate the pick up stops. We never had to wait around. The River Thames tour was excellent. We loved it!

The overall experience was amazing. The in depth commentary was fantastic we learnt things on nearly every corner. If you have time I'd definitely recommend the blue tour which lasts 3.5 hours but what you take from it is unbelievable. Awesome experience, thank you.

Big bus hop on hop off best to get on early and do cruise from stop 16 after you've done the Tower and bridge. Easily downloaded ticket from website

Red line was good. Corny but info-filled narrative was useful. Good number of stops and busses. Crowded but it is busy season. River cruise was great BLUE line suffered multiple issues. Waited 10 minutes at a stop. Bus went right by--never stopped. 10 more minutes and one stopped but didn't let people on. No explanation. Then another one came and didn't stop again. After 30 + minutes, we gave up and got a cab.

The fact that it was on time and not canceled. Like other trains on my journey. Quick and easy. If I had one down side it would be the steps to the platform at Paddington. I saw and could see a problem with big suitcases and someone that would struggle with that situation

I only did a 10-hour round trip in London, and as I had very little time, the hop on hop off helped me to get to know the main points of the city. The time was well optimized, I really enjoyed it

Excellent work by drivers and hosts, and the buses were impeccable, very convenient schedule, adequate frequency and overall a nice experience. A good look at London with a very nice support of the narration by headphones. Thank you dear

The busses were great.....we could find one when needed and the drivers were nice. We did have a beautiful day which made it better. My major complaint was that we could not take the river cruise because when we walked over to the Tower Bridge entrance the worker said we had to wait over an hour because they didn't have a boat since it was out of commission. With only one day to use the ticket, having to wait over an hour was not acceptable. We should be offered a partial refund because of that. We were looking so forward to enjoying the boat ride.

Good value for money and excellent experience with loads of information. Easy to get off and on the bus at different intervals and will definitely come back again.

Ticketing was easy to process on my phone. Had a nice day. The weather was good. The route was fast enough but at times a little bit slow because of the traffic. The audio guide was good and had a good time. The river cruise was awesome!
